Great service from start to delivery
Great service from Paul in the shop who was very helpful and also the Terry & Nigel who delivered the mattress.
So far so good sleeping on the new mattress we hope this will continue.

Northampton & MK
We were looking for a mattress however we were really stuck between IGel and Simba. Originally we went to Northampton store and John there was exceptional. Nothing was too much for him. However we wanted to test out the Simba again but MK was the only one that had one in store, so we went there. Upon arrival we met Mira who showed us both of the mattresses that we were considering. Having the opportunity to test both of them at once made the decision much easier for us and we chose the IGel. The delivery date can not come soon enough we are super excited

The gentleman we saw in the shop…
The gentleman we saw in the shop quickly understood what type of mattress we wanted and showed us three that he thought would be suitable. After trying them several times we picked one.
We were kept informed about the delivery, given a 2 hour slot and were able to track the lorry. The driver rang 20 minutes before arriving at us. The driver and assistants were careful when bringing the mattress into the house and removing the old one. The whole experience was stress free.

Great customer service
From entering the showroom and speaking to the salesperson to the delivery and construction of the bed your system could not be faulted. The salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. The back room personnel kept me informed and the 2 man team delivered as promised. Thank you all.

Worth a visit
