This is my first purchase from Bensons, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesman, who was patient, informative, polite and efficient. I also found the price of my new bed to be very reasonable. As I have not yet received my new bed, I'm hoping that the quality will be as good as the instore service that I received.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bensons for beds is by far the best place to come to for beds or mattresses because of their high quality and affordable prices compared to other retailers who charge an absolute fortune for extremely poor quality.

Unfortunately we had to return a mattress that had gone lumpy over time, but Bensons were helpful, they let us use the credit on a bed rather than another mattress. It was all quite painless.

Simon then told us about the purchase & all the offers . Very helpful & polite & not pushy .

A good choice of beds and bases with competitive prices. Also great members of staff who knew when to approach without harassing you. We will be using this company again especially after being let down by another furniture company. We only wish we went there first!

The young lady assistant from the Northampton branch was very helpful and although my bed was not on display she brought it up on her ipad. There was also a very good offer on which always helps. They have kept me informed of the delivery date. Cannot comment on the quality but I was shown a bed frame with the same covering.

Already knew what we wanted, as we had previously been in to do research. Very helpful with the fact of sorting out some new pillows too and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, was in n out in about half hour with all the details and payments sorted out.
It’s great to be able to walk around the store and not to be pestered and the staff really do know their stuff

The young assistant that helped was wonderful, she made the purchase of a headboard an enjoyable experience. It costs nothing to be friendly, pleasant and helpful and know her job, it means a lot to me the customer.
