She worked with us to get the best bed and mattress for us both.

Great customer service.
My wife and I were warmly greeted by Tina. We are a couple of OAP's and she gave us time to explain what we were looking for.
Tina, listened, attentively, and by asking sensible questions led us to the product that we required.
I am a retired banker, and if I was still working I would want employ, Tina. She was friendly, helpful, attentive and very professional. I would say that she is a great ambassador for your business.

Informative and engaging at the point of sale, but not pushy and overselling, which we liked. We were given time to go around on our own and back to the sales representative as we needed. Process was comprehensive and friendly and an overall good experience.

After spending £7000 I have been left…
After spending £7000 I have been left with a tv that don't work a sound system that works occasionally and worst of all a mattress that I was completely miss sold.
The shop won't do anything because it was the manager that completed the sale so we went to customer service and was told sorry nothing we can do.
The manager of the store lied through her teeth and her own words "I'm doing a naughty here" but it will get you through.
By doing what she did invalided our 40 night sleep guarantee and now we are stuck with a mattress that cost nearly £4k and is hardly any different then the previous one we had at £2k.
We called 2 other Benson for bed stores to see if they recommended this Pacific mattress for my condition and both other stores said no they do not 1 stores said "it's pointless and not needed to be honest"
Go somewhere else.

Easy to order in store
Easy to order in store, and try out our new pillows. 4* why? Would have been nice for them to be in stock for immediate taking. Also a week long wait to receive them but on the plus side they did come a day earlier than scheduled. But good service, kept up to speed on the order, pleasant staff, all in all a good service

Good service …
The service at the store and the delivery and assembly of the bed was perfect. Although, I have not slept on the bed as yet, because we have not moved to the new house. But you cannot go wrong on Tempur mattress, because I have been using one for years. The true test will be later, if ever I need customer care and their service.

Went to the Norwich store, [hard to locate]. We had 4 items we wanted. After talking with Judy we decided to adjust 3 of them. NOT because of hard sell but the genuine knowledge of the products she was talking about.
