Helpful staff

We went to bed Benson for Beds not really sure what mattress we wanted. Reuben asked us politely if we needed any help, and listened to our needs, talk just through lots of options, but he’s gut was guiding us to one mattress in particular, and he was absolutely spot on. He is so knowledgeable, so enthusiastic, polite, kind, he was so patient with us, the sale wasn’t pushy at all. I hated my previous tempur mattress, my husband loved it, and Ruben really nailed down what he thought we needed, like I said, he nailed it. We even ended up buying some lovely pillows. He has an absolute shining example of excellent customer service, he went above and beyond, what a great guy. Would highly recommend him if you need to buy a bed, it’s so refreshing that someone knows what they’re talking about, takes pride in their job, and cares about you as a customer.

Great Service. Very knowledgeable young sales advisor, friendly and refreshing. A real pleasure compared to other suppliers, which surprised me in honesty as I thought all bed retailers would be the same. Went in with a view to look, came out with what I wanted, but more importantly what I needed. Ruben a real asset!

Reuben got straight to the point and asked about our budget and showed us the most appropriate single mattresses for our requirements in our spare room which wouldn't be used full time. He was courteous and helpful. It was a relief not to be in a bed shop for hours on end getting more and more muddled!

Superb in shop, Ruben in Poole, brilliant with updates on delivery, fantastic delivery drivers who removed shoes before entering our home, Gary and mate from Gloucestershire, superb product which was wrapped so well to protect the bed, headboard and mattress. Would definitely recommend and use again.
