Good friendly team
Fantastic team Carl and his mate ( forgot his name ) were friendly , chatty , really helpful , phoned the night before , listened to what I said about our rd and school times not to mention traffic light problems and queues , even though they were scheduled at that time. They are a fantastic team to have on board

Great in store experience
Really happy with our in store experience in Preston. Steven was fantastic and so helpful. We didn't really know what we wanted but felt that Steven listened to what we wanted and gave fantastic advice.
We also appreciated that he involved our son, who we had to bring with us, so he wasn't bored, he ended up having a great time! Who would have thought buying a bed could be so entertaining for a 7 year old! But that was all down to Steven's fantastic attitude.
We felt welcomed into the store and that was really important.
We are awaiting delivery but the buying experience was incredibly smooth.

Ryan and Kelvin were extremely friendly, professional and did a great job assembling my Ottoman bed in my second floor apartment. They explained the mechanism for the bed and provided me with advice on how to look after the new mattress going forward. Very impressed and happy with the service offered from start through to finish. Highly recommend!

Successful fact finding mission
The idea was to pop in and see what sort of mattress suited us but after interacting with the staff, trying out the bed testing equipment that gave you an indication of the type of mattress suitable to yourself, we found ourselves in the right area. The assistant pointed out the good and bad points in everything we looked at giving us a totally unbiased opinion and helping us make the right decisions. Very happy with our new mattress. If in doubt just ask them questions, even about discounts etc. They are more than willing to help.

Brilliant service as always.
Was greeted at the store by a very helpful man who listened to what we were looking for then showed us appropriate mattresses that would suit us. He gave my partner and I time alone to try out mattresses and we didn’t feel pushed into anything. Xx
