The whole process from entering the store to deciding on the right mattress to purchase was professional, thorough and very appropriate to our needs
The technology used to assess ‘firmness’ most suitable for our sons comfort was particularly appropriate and it was followed by testing a number of mattresses determined by the test.
The 40 day return if the mattress is discovered to be uncomfortable is an excellent facility as is the offer to purchase for an extra £75 a cleaning service if the mattress gets stained, with anything, with a 72 hour response including a new mattress if it can’t be cleaned
Finally the staff were professional, knowledgable and friendly

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave us space and was on hand when needed, great service

Both ladies in the shop were very helpfull and friendly without being in your face all the time.they gave me plenty of time to look around then came and answered
all my queries with plenty of explanations and helpfull tips
