I waited six weeks for the mattress to be delivered\. When the delivery team eventually arrived, they were unwilling to wait even five minutes while I arranged to collect my children from school\. As a result, the delivery was unsuccessful\.
I was then offered the next available delivery date, which was another three weeks away\. Having already waited an unreasonable amount of time, I had no choice but to wait again\.
To make matters worse, when the delivery finally took place, you delivered the WRONG mattress. What’s a bunch of dummies they have working in head office.
