Great choice in store with helpful knowledgeable staff
Lots of choice, good quality products. Able to lie on the beds to see which we preferred. Lots of options for bases and colours. Helpful friendly staff with great product knowledge. (Fiona)

The staff at Rotherham branch of…
The staff at Rotherham branch of Bensons were brilliant. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to delay my bed for several months. This was not a problem and, when I was finally able to receive my bed, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you for being so understanding and extremely helpful.

The salesman was excellent
The salesman was excellent. He was knowledgeable about all products. He listened and advised. He stood back and let us take our time and he considered our responses. There were so many options of price, quality, and materials that we needed some guidance, and he wisely gave the guidance.

Very buggy...
The sales rep was very forceful trying to get us to buy a bed over our price range wouldn't leave us to look on our own.
Didn't mention about the extra delivery charge on top of the bed price, offered us a free mattress protector to seal the deal then tried denying saying she didnt once it had all been paid.
