Mattress and headbord
We ordered a mattress and headboard,the products are great but I think the delivery could have been better ,it turned up in the allotted time ,but they couldn't fit the headboard as they didn't have a screwdriver?and also didn't remove the protector covers on the corners of the mattress only small things but thought it could have been better.

Fast and easy purchase
Lovely lady at the entrance. Asked us if we wanted any assistance when we first walked through then we was left to it. Kindly let us borrow her tape measure and then it was a very quick sale with her. Was there probably 30 minutes and it was the first bed shop we went in and made our purchase swiftly.

Replacement mattress
I wanted a new mattress to replace my 10 year old one that also had been bought from Bensons. I was impressed that they still held the details of my purchase, from 10 years ago, and as I wanted a mattress similar to my previous one they were able to show me, straight away, the mattress that I then purchased.

Great Service
Very friendly sales staff in the shop, who talked us through the different styles of bed and didn’t rush us into making a decision. The delivery of the bed was on time and installation went without a hitch.

There were lots of beds with various mattresses, and I was encouraged to try as many as I wanted to. The salesman was very knowledgeable and did every thing he could to make the buying process enjoyable. I was given an envelope at the end of the process which explained the delivery
