Very good variety of mattresses. Purchase coincided with a 25% off sale price. Easy administration and excellent delivery service and also easy disposal of existing mattress

We wanted to buy another Staples mattress because our last one lasted 25 years and was very comfortable. Bensons was the only shop locally that stocked Staples beds and we were helped by Steve who was very knowledgeable.

Poor service/Mislead/No returns or exchange
Not worth thew hassle! Very difficult to change or return mattress if not up to standard/spec. Refuse to return and refund. Also charge to change the mattress. Their customer service assistant at store made it sound it was easy to change or return but left out the fact they charge to change and DO NOT allow returns!

Purchased bed frame and mattress
I have recently purchased bed frame and mattress. I was greeted by friendly staff at the Solihull branch. My experience was good and I was satisfied with the quality of the mattress and bed frame as we had the same ones on display that I needed. Best time to buy any mattress and bed frame as Benson for beds are offering a good discount as well Blue light card which was helpful. Thanks to all the staff especially Oliva who served us. Very professional and polite and helpful.
