Ordered a £3000 bed in January waited until march for it to arrive , 3 days later the frame broke causing the bed to sag in the middle, after waiting for a technician to come out and prove I wasn’t lying they ordered a replacement, that arrived this week in July , that had damaged and marks on every part and even different colours, so now I’m waiting till August for my 3rd bed , so would I recommend this company I’m afraid it’s a resounding NO , customer service is all but non existent they guy in the shop was of no help whatsoever. No form of apology or compensation was offered

We visited Benson for Beds at Solihull Retail Park and the service and attention to detail was fantastic. We felt truly looked after by Liz who took the time to show us the different products and options available. We went in a little luke warm initially, but by the time we left, we knew exactly what frame, mattress and options we wanted. Thank you for your time and expertise today.

I have found this company to be nothing less than 5*** from being in the shop with very helpful not pushy staff so friendly and helpful give you plenty of time to try beds out .If you place an order you receive full information and updates. Delivery was perfect again the guys was polite friendly and very helpful, thanks Ian and Paul fantastic.

Really good experience shopping for our new mattress in Bensons of Solihull , very informative and helpful. No rush or pressure to buy and plenty of time to try and assess our needs.
On order the process was very smooth and we were kept up to date with regular texts / e mails until our chosen date. On our delivery date we had a 2 hour time slot and the delivery team kept us informed, the 2 gents who delivered or mattress were brilliant and took care to ensure all information was passed on to us.
Overall a very easy pleasant buying and delivery experience - Thank you to all involved.

I originally purchased an orthopaedic mattress which I found to be too firm. Opted to exchange under the 40 day guarantee after I was told I was not eligible to return as I purchased in store (I was encouraged to do this by the sales executive in store as I would receive better care). Following a very long delivery period for my new mattress I discovered the new mattress was far too soft for me leaving me with back pain and sleepless nights. I spent an long time with the team in store who advised me towards this mates. After contacting the customer care team I was told under no uncertain terms bensons would not be helping me further as I was only eligible to exchange under the 40 day guarantee once. I am now almost £1000 down due to the additional charges incurred with the 40 day guarantee and left with a mattress that is not suitable for me. It has been months and months of stress and upset. I was recommended bensons by friends and family and I have been left so disappointed. Purchase with care from this company, if you get it wrong you’re completely stuck!

After reading some of the reviews regarding customer service I was a little unsure how the delivery would go. I could not praise the experience enough! The delivery came on time and within the allocated slot. When the delivery men turned up they were extremely helpful and quick! We were able to help them move the mattresses however if this is something you are unable to do they were more than willing to offer options to assist. Our bed frame was boxed and a little tricky to get up the stairs. They offered to unpack it and carry it up the stairs. As we had no problem doing this ourselves we said we can sort it. We paid extra for them to take the old mattresses away which they had on the back of the van in no time!

We went to the store 3 times before we were sure of which bed we wanted. Each time we went Freddie was brilliant. Despite being new he was knowledgeable and very patient. He didn't rush us for the sale and was helpful and polite each time. We ended up buying a bed from here even though it was more expensive than Dreams purely because the customer service was considerably better than Dreams

Saff were very helpful. The mattress was just what we need and delivered on time.

The experience inside the store was relaxed and we felt no pressure from members of staff. We were given pillows to select that suited our preferences and allowed to try many beds in store - nobody followed us around and we could freely make choices without pressure/upselling.

The product arrived within 2 weeks of purchase, it was delivered on the HOTTEST day of the year for the UK and the delivery men did a grand job - they remained professional and still helped us to carry everything to our 2nd floor apartment. They were polite and respectful of our home as well as keeping us entertained with a few jokes.

The bed is very comfortable and perfect for us. It is a firm back care mattress however, it still feels soft to lay on and I’ve had much better sleep since it arrived!

Friendly, well informed staff at Solihull branch - no pressure selling. Pros and cons on each choice clearly described. Careful delivery and assembly excellent (despite the heatwave!) with all packaging removed. Would highly recommend.
PS. Slept like a baby for the first time in months!
