Really pleased with the service I received from Kelly at the Liverpool Speke retail store when I visited the store to enquire about purchasing a new mattress.She was very polite,personable & knowledgeable on explaining what each matttess offered.Also she was very patient as I tried a number of beds to ascertain which one best suited my needs to help me try & alleviate my lower back issues.That’s what a I call a first class service.Thank you Kelly.Received delivery of my mattress on designated day.I am delighted with my purchase.

This is 3rd bed we have bought recently from the Mersey Retail branch. Excellent staff there ,so friendly and accomodating especially as they allowed us to bring our little dog into shop. He needed to check he could jump up onto it.

Went into their Speke shop wanting a bed that was on a short lead time, and was told by one of their salesman Phil we had the option to have delivery within 7-10 days. - This really appealed to me because I needed a bed ASAP. The day before delivery was due I received a email to say it’s been delayed by over three weeks. I was sold a lie that stock was ready to go within a week, if I’d know now I’d have to wait till the 13th February I wouldn’t have bothered with this purchase…

Lovely bed really comfortable the delivery process was amazing kept up to date from order to delivery. The delivery men were really professional helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend Bensons for bed and I will be using them again in the future.

A very relaxed experience. There was no pressure or hurrying to choose.
We had previously looked on Benson's website and so we had a rough idea of what we wanted but nothing beats being able to try out different mattresses.
The sales person answered all of our questions and provided additional information. He showed he had a wealth of experience.
I would certainly recommend Benson's for Beds to family and friends.

Couldn’t have been happier with the experience she gave us in the Speke store. We chose the right mattress for us from her professional guidance and we made the right decision. The mattress is brilliant.

The sales person - Kelly was great . Was at hand but not pushy at all . She let us choose by giving fair advice based on what we wanted and explained why certain items were more expensive . We went over budget but the blow was greatly softened by the December offer and using a blue light card with it . The shop was spotless and we loved how we were offered pillows and made to feel like wanted , valuable customers . Bensons was an obvious choice and we didn’t go anywhere else from previous beds bought . Look forward to receiving the product in the New Year ( Sealy bed ) which was the brand I hoped for .

Took delivery of purchased mattress from benson for beds. Bed was dropped off back of vehicle then dragged along the pavement to my home. Driver and assistant showed no customer skills when carrying out delivery. As the mattress was being dragged into bedroom one of the delivery lads stared booting the new mattress to get around the bedroom door. No customer care was given in any shape or form.
When unpacking the new £2000 mattress is was found to have deep dirty rips to where the mattress had been dragged along pavement. Very upset and angry the way delivery was made.
I am now seeking at replacement mattress.

Our sales rep was amazing, very knowledgeable and gave us space and time to try numerous matteress in our own time and have discussions about each one without saying a word. His sense of humour and openness about his own life also made him very easy to chat and relate to.

Was escorted around the shop when we told the Customer Service person what we were looking for for. He gave us all of the options to choose from

We went to the Benson pretty late in the day - about an hour before closing time.
One staff member - Dan - was extremely facilitating. He even stayed late to ensure we could order our bed and mattress that same day.

He was extremely helpful - what a great guy.
