Very efficient, and knowledgable staff. Sanjay was lovely and organised everthing for us.

We went to Benson for Beds at Staples Corner. The purchase experience at the store was fine, our sales representative was able to get us a good deal, which convinced us to go ahead with a pretty expensive order of one of their high end mattresses. The nightmare started from delivery.

The purchase was made in September and first delivery was made in October, but the super king size mattress could not fit through the staircase. So we had to reorder a “zip and link” option. The store refuses to offer us the same term on the original purchase, so we ended up having to pay a few hundred pounds more. They also refuses to let us refund and purchase elsewhere. I am yet to see a merchant that is so aggressive with their return and refund policy. They did not explain why they could not offer us the same deal but simply held us hostage and refused to let us refund.

The new order was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks later, which got pushed back by another 3 weeks even when I had eventually agreed to pay the extra few hundred pounds.

Today when the order was finally supposed to be delivered, it was delivered to the wrong address. Apparently last time when the order was updated, the customer service staff who charged my credit card put in the wrong address. Now my delivery date is in December.

I called both the dispatch center and the customer service, nobody could give me a solution for a mistake the company has made. Customer service simply took some information and said they’ll get back, but no one got back.

I will stay away from the company at all cost. They are extremely aggressive in charging you the money, then they will treat you like crap as soon as they’ve got the money.

Jaz was excellent at the Staples Corner Branch. He was patient and understanding, brilliant service.

We wont have delivery of our mattress and Ottoman until Dec so will post a review re quality at a later date

Very helpful and made finding a bed an enjoyable experience. Sanjay was amazing as well.

We went in to look for a wardrobe and had an excellent sales associate named Noorie. He helped us so much by giving us details of the product and making the purchasing process so easy. There was a deputy manager who was very blunt and unaware of his surroundings and kept bothering us while we were trying to look around the store which we did not appreciate. We requested to order the wardrobe with Noorie because he gave us a better experience. We will definitely be considering ordering with Noorie again in the future and advise others to order with him too.

The workers were very helpful in finding the perfect bed for me. They were very kind and patient with us.

The one particular sales representative I encountered was arrogant and disrespectful from beginning to end. Suggest better staff training and accountability for customer facing employees on the sales floor. The product itself on the other hand are wonderful and my family has purchased 5 mattresses from them before and loved the product which came highly recommended.

Went into your Staples corner store looking to purchase a bed, after seeing what I wanted online.
However I wanted to see what it actually looked like first.
As I walked in, I was greeted by two Asian men, both said good morning then the one at the desk said "go your customer".
I didn't even get 2 metres in the door before being pounced on, with sales jargon and being followed around the store, clearly as a sales target!

When all I wanted to do was have a look in peace, then see you staff and place the order.
However your staff member even after asking him to give us 5 minutes continued to follow us with "what bed are you looking for, what style, is it double, king etc".
I felt so harassed by clearly a member of staff who needed to hit his target, that I walked out of the store after still been asked a million questions, whilst leaving.

The store was manager shouting at the staff member, I need you to get me a sale today, this is not good enough.
It is not good enough Benson for beds for your staff members to behave and speak in this way.

I was in two minds to even place my order online due to my experience in the store.
However I did place my order online, but I can clearly see why your stores are so quite, if your staff behave in this manner towards customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, managed to determine which mattress was wanted from a price screenshot. Nice, speedy process and clear in regards to delivery dates
