Sales lady Autumn really knowledgeable great advice. Don’t usually like to try out fancy gadgets but when I seen the pressure points lying on the mattress I was shocked. Cannot wait for it to arrive along with my new pillows.

Mattress a total disappointment after a few months
We bought a mattress in March and only a few months later it's all bobbled.
We contacted the Stirling store and they basically said this can happen because of friction.
Which is nonsense considering I have never had this happen. Our last one was 8yrs old and not in this state!
Not happy at all.

Surprised by mattress!
I was asked what I was looking for, and was then shown a number of mattresses that the very well-informed salesperson thought might be suitable. This involved my learning about technological changes since I last replaced a double mattress (20 years ago!). I decided on a mattress that felt very welcoming and met my requirements. I was given a detailed quotation, thought about it overnight, and then returned next day to place the order. I found that the price had been reduced by another 10% until the following week!

I cannot thank the staff at the Stirling Branch enough for their warmth and support today. I had an extremely overwhelming afternoon with my Dad. Autumn, Carol and Davy could not have been any more helpful to urgently expedite a new bed, with specific requirements,for my ailing father. They rallied around me like absolute troopers, with a mug of drinkable tea to boot!
I have never experienced such genuine compassion. These members of staff are a real credit to the company and I sincerely hope that their boss reads this review. 100% astonished and grateful for today. It made an upsetting day much, much brighter. Thank you
