The 2 guys that came to put my tv bed unit up were great so friendly
They cleaned up all the packing materials
Once installed they explained all about the tv and surround sound so I understand everything great couple of guys will definitely buy from Bensons for beds love my new bed guys the sounds are just amazing !!!!

Seemless experience
The bed was delivered on time. Stew and Liam fitted the bed in double quick time and explained all requirements to allow the bed to 'set' after fitting clearly. The bed is of high quality and comfort. This is the second time we have used Bensons for Beds. We would highly recommend.

Salesman was great
Salesman was great. He explained things that we didn't even know about sleep posture. He spent lots of time with us and explained all different types of bed frames and mattresses

the lady that served us in the sunderland store was rearly helpfull as we were looking for a bed for my dad and needed some advice .on what to look for this is our second time in this branch we were very happy with the purchases we have made again and for the lovely staff in the shop

Very helpful staff in the Roker branch. I bought a bed frame, a mattress and some bedside cabinets. I was given good advice as to what mattress I should buy.
Delivery time good (2 weeks). I was kept informed during that time. Delivery was great and I am very happy with my purchases. Lovely comfortable bed, mattress and stylish bedside cabinets .

Miss sold a cooling mattress. Makes me and my wife hotter than ever and my wife isn'ta hot sleeper. Tried to contact about 40 night sleep guarantee no answers from customerservice. That is another con. Spending alot on a mattress id recommend taking your business elsewhere.
