Absolutely awful customer service and completely meaningless 5 year warranty.
Spent £2500 on double bed and mattress 2 years ago. Last month part of the divan base collapsed in on itself and therefore the mattress, no matter how many times we rotate, is now misshaped too as it has no structure or support underneath it.
After having spent £2500 with a 5 year guarantee was expecting some sort of help/support from customer services, instead I was repeatedly told it was my problem, my fault and they wouldn't do anything about it. Was told he could tell from photo i mustve dropped something on it to thej be told it could be gradual damage??
When purchasing the bed we were pressured in to buying all sorts of additional extras and repeatedly promised any fault would be rectified for up to 5 years, which is what actually convinced us to purchase from here. What an absolutely discusting lie.
There must be serious quality issues for products to just collapse within 2 years.
Cheaper higher quality products are available elsewhere, I wouldn't but so much as a pillow from this awful company again.

Came to bensons for beds last Sunday, mainly looking for a mattress. Every bed mattress are so easily labelled with clear pricing information. The sales lady Kerry was so nice explained in detail everything we wanted to know. Came home with all the information we wanted then ordered what we wanted every step was clear and Kerry went above and beyond making the whole process a breeze. Couldn't have been more happier with the service we received. No hard sell for the more expensive items I would definitely buy again from bensons.

Kerry was so helpful and engaging, she understood exactly what I wanted and did not rush me in anyway.
She had a very good understanding of all the beds, mattresses, headboards etc. She explained how beds and mattresses had developed since my last purchase from Benson's. I felt very comfortable in making my choices for the guest double bed, mattress and headboard, and because of this I ordered a second single bed, mattress and headboard, for our small room. I am anticipating the same level of professionalism as I received when my last bed was delivered during lockdown.

Kerry who looked after us was very knowledgeable and had a sense of humour.

I visited the Telford store and Kerry was very helpful in enabling me to find a mattress and bedframe to suit my individual needs. I have placed the order which was a very easy process and am awaiting delivery.

The team made us feel confortable

We bought a Staples EcoLatex Refresh Pocket 3000 3 years ago from Bensons Telford store and feel very strongly that we were mis-sold this mattress. We chose this mattress based on the store manager’s recommendation that we needed a hard spring mattress due to our sleeping positions and pressure points, but with the comfort of the in-built topper. We were not told that the 50mm thick topper was allowed to collapse to up to 45mm within three years, leading to both my fiancée and I now suffering poor sleep and back pain. Bensons sent an assessor out to ‘measure’ the settlement, however they would only measure this from side to side not top to bottom which then didn’t take into account the full settlement. There was no account taken for weakening of springs or the bagging up of the fabric in the mattress in the last bit of remaining topper.
We are left with a very expensive, very uncomfortable mattress which has only been slept on regularly for 12 months.

David, the store manager was extremely helpful in the purchase of a new mattress. He gave us all the information required to make an informed choice and the right decision without any pressure selling whatsoever.
The mattress arrived on the day and time agreed by two very courteous drivers.
Would recommend this store.

Very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. I was looking for a new mattress and bed base but nothing in the shop was quite right for the mattress. I mentioned I had seen one on line David looked it up, read everything and thought it would meet my requirements. It was good to have an expert opinion. Everything sorted out very quickly
