Very helpful no pushy sales apart from spending dosh very pleasant hassle free process

Excellent customer service in the Truro branch from staff member Kevin. He was very quick to offer us assistance. He offered for us to use the machine to find out the right option for a mattress for us and to find a compromise for me and my partner. He was also really lovely with our 10 month old son. Our son had a great time trying out all the beds! Unfortunately we didn't buy in store as we had been in there a while and needed to feed the baby and needed some time to mull it over. But we have since purchased a mattress and bed on the website based on his excellent recommendations and are so excited for it to arrive! Thanks Kevin. Legend! 🤘

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish

Kevin was very helpful. Gave us the help we needed without putting us under pressure allowed us all the time we needed to test the various mattresses without any pressure to buy.
Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Delivery was ok friendly but literally dumped the boxes in no help I wanted stuff taking away but they were running late said they don’t do that.

In the store, I was treated very well, given all the information I needed and decided on a delivery date.

Great customer service and genuinely helpful advice. Provided many options to suit our budget and ensured we had our ‘own’ time to review and try the mattresses. A convenient delivery service and attentive delivery drivers - getting in contact before delivery and arrived between the time slot given.

Having paid for our new mattress, we were told by two separate staff members at the store that delivery would be on the Monday 21.9.26. They explained that we would get a text message two days prior to arrange a convenient time for the delivery.
We have not had a text asking for delivery times. I have had an email confirming delivery for today the 21st. Having spoken to the store over the weekend to inquire what was happening? I was quite bluntly told by the shop assistant that we would not have a delivery on the 21st! At no point did she apologise for this inconvenience on behalf of Bensons, obviously not her fault that the customer service has totally broken down! My wife, who has back issues and was really looking forward to the expected delivery date, as was I, is obviously extremely disappointed, as am I! We were told, over the weekend, that delivery would be the 3.10.26? In reply to my previous email we are now informed that the delivery will be the 13th Oct.
Will someone please own this issue and sort out our delivery, ideally for later today, as originally agreed; before I consider cancelling our order and going to Dreams round the corner.

The two guys who delivered and installed my new bed were very polite and professional. They were very mindful of my furniture and possessions and left nothing behind that shouldn't have been there. Thank you.
