Happy Customer
Heather was very welcoming when we arrived in the store, she asked what we were looking for and then explained the layout of the showroom and how Bensons could help us find a mattress to suit our needs. Heather then let us browse the store without hovering over us whilst continuing to check in with us periodically to offer advice. Overall a nice relaxed visit with a lovely member of the team.

Sales reps very professional
Sales rep, Maureen was excellent- professional, knowledgeable and friendly- extremely helpful in answering all my questions.
Follow-up telephone call following day to arrange delivery was done by my wife to another rep - she reported similar service. Looking forward to delivery at date we selected.

Would buy again from the company
Staff in the shop were so helpful and from buying our bed until delivery they emailed regular to let us know that it was on plan for delivery date we chose. On the day the driver phoned ahead to tell us roughly when he would arrive.

Assistant was attentive but not pushy…
Assistant in the store was attentive but not pushy and gave us time to look around and decide what we wanted. We were given a delivery date of 26th Sept and all went to plan with a time slot provided and a call 30 mins before they arrived. The guys were very nice and built the bed and removed the packaging as agreed. All in all a pleasant experience.
