Easy to order but lack of details on delivery period is poor. Indicated date of delivery before paid was good but once paid and order completed delivery date was 10 days later, which causes great inconvenience. Suggest be more transparent on true delivery dates before customer completes. Thanks

The staff in the shop were lovely, explaining each mattress, offering various pillows too.
The reason I marked at 3 wasn’t the shop, was the delivery guys, or guy that stunk of BO ….. yes he may have a problem but use something or change of top may help stop the lingering odour in the house. Other wise great service all round and very helpful. Thank you

We needed to purchase two new beds due to a house move. We popped into the Warrington store to browse. The staff were so helpful we ended up purchasing both beds with a future delivery date. We were so impressed with the assistance and time devoted to ensure we made the right choices for us.
The delivery and assembly was also excellent. Competent, polite and professional. Arrived on time, lots of communication regarding delivery timing. One of our rooms was not ready at the last minute and the bed was returned and delivered again a week later at no extra charge. So happy with the service and our lovely beds.

The Staff were very attentive especially Ben he explained the mattress's from soft to firm. Also showed us the ottoman bases which we planned to purchase. We were able to try each one for our individual choice what we particularly liked was the fact there was no rush this helped make a definite choice.

So we went bed shopping all over the place but didn’t really feel that the other stores were reasonable or had what we needed for our son and his fiancée new house. We met Gary at the Warrington store and the whole family knew we were in safe hands, a really nice chap, if customer service was a football,Gary would be in the England team! Very knowledgeable and took his time to listen to everything we needed, plus gave us a really good price which came in cheaper than the other stores could manage. Thoroughly professional and a credit to the company if you need a new bed this is you man. Thank you Gary great service back of the net!

We visited this shop to compare the different mattress firm levels. We didn't purchase today as we had reservations with a different store, however, we would like to give a big shout out to Trish, who helped us find a wonderful deal and a mattress we enjoyed. She was incredibly helpful, detailed on the various offers and support that Benson's provides!
