Efficient, Polite, Friendly - great service
Hannah and the in-store team were excellent and helped me choose the right mattress for my bad back. Great communication from Benson's in the leadup to delivery, as well as on the day. Installers arrived exactly on time, then built my bed much faster than I thought, and we're very polite (thanks Steve and Henry!). And most importantly, the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. Would use again and definitely recommend Benson's.

I reviewed Bensons for beds on line, and went to our local store. We were greeted by an assistant named Hannah, who was so helpful, and knowledgable. We ended up buying our new King size. It should arrive soon. Please thank Hannah.

Great Experience with Bensons for Beds
The staff in the Witney store were friendly and helpful.
They took time to explain all our options for both the items we were looking to buy and what payment options were available.
Once we had placed our order and arranged delivery we were kept informed about the delivery timings.
On the day of delivery we were given a two hour time slot and a call when they were twenty minutes away.
John H & Steven B delivered our items and were very polite and careful as the brought the items in and removed our old things.
We have been sent emails advising us how to look after the items and the info is helpful.
We have had a great experience from start to finish and would recommend Bensons for Beds.

Superb Customer Service
I was able to make very informative decisions thanks to the highly experienced young lady who served me. She explained everything I needed to know in great detail and walked me round the displays. I was able to make my choice with her help. A very happy customer !

A First Class Experience at Benson’s
Went to Benson’s on the recommendation of a friend who had recently had a very good experience.
The shop was beautifully set out and the young staff were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I was there for at least an hour. I bought a new double bed, incl mattress, pillows and other auxiliaries. It cost about £2500. I was delighted with my overall experience.

Bed Purchase
On arrival at the store, we were acknowledged straight away and were able to start a conversation with Hannah. She quickly established what we were looking for and was able to show us examples.
From there, we were able to place an order. Hannah carefully explained the process to us which we were happy with. We were also able to interact with two members of staff during our visit, which we appreciated.

A lady called Hannah introduced herself as we walked in and took us through everything.
No hard sell just information and we quite liked the "try out the mattress"
Took a deposit and sorted out payment the next day

Still getting used to it, but I do love how comfortable it is compared to my old mattress. The service from purchase to keeping me up to date with what’s happening to the delivery was excellent.
