To purchase new mattress after original one was defective
We visited the store after being given a credit by your Customer Service to use as a mattress purchased just over 4 years ago became defective. We chose a new one and found the members of staff we met were all very polite, helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with this and using the credit against the transaction. Would certainly recommend the store to others.

When we started to talk about a specific bed that we liked he was able to talk about it knowledgeably and offer comparisons so we were certain we were making the correct choice.
