Right from entering the store the sales person was proactive. He answered every question I put to him with confidence. He looked up my purchase history to establish what mattress I already had as I could not remember. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Could not fault the experience

Lovely shop, nice and clean with knowledgeable staff who didn’t stalk my husband and I why we were browsing the stock and talking to each other about what we wanted. When we were ready there was someone with the stats we needed to know about.

The sales advisor (Ryan) was very helpful in explaining what mattress would be good for my sleep pattern.
