The two members of staff where lovely cheery and helpful, just a shame so expensive!!

We were met by Tracey. Who took the time to find out what we were looking for.Then showed us around and explained the different options,she then left us alone to browse and make a decision.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff in local branch. Good email and text communication, I was kept updated constantly. Bed was delivered in the time-slot given, and friendly delivery men.
Only slight negative is the quality of the bed frame, a bit cheaply made for the price but guess that’s the standard nowadays, lovely mattress though and good to see it’s made in UK.

Good advice and a welcoming manner. The various mattress options were explained well.

Tracey, the lady who serviced us, was not pushy but initially just greated us on entering the shop. Within a few minutes she tried to ascertain what we were looking for. Although she told us what was available, she let us try the mattresses and left us to it. In the end she gave us a quote, as we changed our mind about the size of bed we could accommodate. The quote now included a devan base and recycling. We left the shop, had lunch and then returned to conclude our business. Nice job Tracey. As a former retail manager, I would be proud of a sales consultant like Tracey.

I am very happy with my new Air 9.0 slumberland mattress, so comfortable and am sleeping really well.
The store in Yeovil was very helpful and didn’t feel rushed at all, when trying to decide which mattress to buy.
There is a very good range of mattresses to try and choose from at this store. Would definitely use Bensons for beds again.

Tracey was a pleasant lady who was very helpful and not at all pushy in helping me choose a new mattress, (which i did purchase).
My only comment would be, the sum of £50 to take away my old single mattress. I thought this was a bit steep seeing as I am a senior citizen £50 is a lot of money. Would have thought £20 would have been a more acceptable cost

Andrew was brilliant. We have visited twice in as many weeks and he has assisted us on both occasions. He is very knowledgeable, focuses on what it is you want and not what he can convince you to buy. Overall a great expe

Great help in the shop from Richard on 9/1/25 who was very helpful (and patient) when we couldn’t make our minds up!
Delivery on promised date today 6/2/25 by very capable and efficient delivery driver John and his partner. Shoes on and off every time, respectful of us and our home. Great service. Now we just have to sleep on the bed when it’s aired in the next couple of days 🤞

The delivery drivers knocked over my mother’s jewellery box in the bedroom and said they would report the damage but no one has contacted us. There are also 2 items of jewellery missing. Have tired to ring customer services but no one picks up. The after sales and support are very poor.

From walking through the door to the first night sleeping in our new bed the Bensons experience was perfect. Great products, great service helping us choose and a great price coupled with perfect delivery on time in full and with no issues.

Very helpful regarding model and mattress type. I was printed a total and went away to think about it for a day - there was no pressure selling, which I really appreciated. Richard deserves a special mention!

The assistant was excellent. Wasn’t pushy, very knowledgable, and didn’t oversell the product. He asked the right questions and pointed us in the right direction for us.
