Vehicle went in for routine MOT & Service and never returned, Dealership was subject to Arson incident. This is a car we have had since new since 2009 and has been kept in very low millage and exceptional condition. While I appreciate the incident itself may have been outside of their control, the handling of the situation has been very poor to say the least. We are into May, months later and still there is no clear resolution. Communication from both the dealership and their insurance providers AVIA has been disappointing and limited, I have been left to chase for updates rather than being proactively informed. For a prestige dealership Sytner Bentley Lamborghini Birmingham has failed to preform to expected levels of care, support and clearly accepting the fact that the care was in there care and we are told that "they are the victims of crime also" This has left me not only without the vehicle which carries sentimental value but also having to deal with the ongoing uncertainty of their approach.
Based on this experience I would question how this dealership supports it customers when things go wrong as this is when standards should be at their highest. One star is the lowest rating if there was a choice I would opt for NO stars.

Do not trust this brand, I bought a new car with a faulty window and I have been fobbed off by Bentley. Even though the fault was evident from the first year with several botched repairs from Bentley Manchester and Van Mossel Motors, I have been left to cover the costs myself. I could never recommend this brand.

Bentley worldwide has the worst customer service you can imagine. I teported an issue with my Bentley Bentaygaabout heating which apprently is a manufacturing fault. Brntley has done s recall for continental GT but they want me to pay for the repairs.

They did not even have to decency to tell me no they will not pay for it.

For the best part of 3 years I’ve never had any issues with any of my cars until I had a problem with my wife’s continental in which Bentley Berkshire said they could have sorted within 7 days which actually ended up taking 3 weeks

I recently had a chance to take a ride on my favorite Bentley model - Continental GT, and to be sincere, I was stunned.
You feel like you are flowing on the waves, for sure. Everything's so smooth, inside is so silent, and you don't understand that you are driving on the highway.
That is something I like most about Bentley, and as far as I know, it's their calling card. Due to the specific manufacturing tricks, they have managed to build a big ship on wheels.
