Quick shipping with no issues. Prices also competitive compared to others. The only website with the product I wanted as well so overall very happy!

I had no problems with Bergzeit. The coat I bought arrived promptly, but unfortunately was far too big, i.e. HUGE. I was able to return it for free and received a refund in a timely manner. I think the negative reviews must have been when there were problems everywhere with the pandemic.

Was very sceptical about ordering after reading some reviews on here and the star rating to go along with those. I bit the bullet and decided to order anyway because they were unbeatable for price and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I messaged them twice about my order and both times they responded within a few hours. It was delivered well within the estimated time frame and in perfect condition. Can’t recommend them enough.

Il primo luglio 2021 ho inoltrato l'ordine n 5583127 dalla mia area personale sul sito Berzeit italiano, ora vedo tracciando l'ordine che Sda non l'ha ancora e sul sito risulta spedito. Sono preoccupata perchè non riesco a contattare nessuno e on line risulta ordine del 10 luglio 2021 / oggi è il 5 luglio 2021.
Ringrazio per la risposta avuta. Attendo la presa in carico. Grazie

Note that if you order from this company your items will be shipped from the south of Germany.

When I placed an order from them, DHL banned all shipments to the UK over 45cm cube due to Brexit. Alas, my order had to be cancelled and turned around at the port... back to Germany it went.

However, the customer service team did pretty well given the circumstances, and I got my money back. It is a shame we were not able to do business together due to the port issues.

We were bowled over by the brilliant customer service we received from Bergzeit - We had mistakenly returned some boots with our Orthotics in them and the Bergzeit team managed to track the returned boots, and return the orthotics to us, and all this achieved through the twin chaos of Covid and Brexit transition - Well done Bergzeit!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My partner bought a jacket several weeks ago. They have her money, she does not have a jacket, Bergzeit do not answer the phone and the only email response - some time after emailing - is to say "we are dealing with exceptional problems due to coronavirus and apologise for not dealing with your email yet". And that is just about dealing with the email, no suggestion that they are in any way yet dealing with the missing jacket. I fear we will need to approach our credit card company to get our money back, really very disappointed but you live and learn.

This company took £170 for a jacket that I never received. They did not respond to my emails requesting refund and said that I would have to wait until they had processed the return even though they had never sent it out to me. Shocking customer service. I would never use this company again

Awful customer service. They do not reply directly to emails unless to ask that 'you avoid sending questions'. I just want to know if I will receive my item so I can determine if I need to order elsewhere to ensure it arrives in time to be gifted for Christmas!

Still waiting for my bike GPS Garmin almost 11 days since ordering, no shock it’s been delayed at the port (Covid Christmas & Brexit looming) that I can deal with, whats disappointed me is the poor customer service, emailed twice to see if I need to cancel and reorder in England (as it’s a Christmas present) however no response not even an acknowledgment :((

Like everybody else who has reviewed. I was skeptical at first when ordering as my purchase was going to be over £700 and i wast aware of Bergzeit before now. I called them to see if everything was kosher and it was. I ordered my product on the Friday from the UK and it arrived on Tuesday morning with DHL (dhl system was rubbish but not Bergzeits fault). Bergzeit is a 10/10 company. P.s i never knew this company was huge in Germany. Will order from them again 100%! Thank you

Seller allowed me to select and buy a shoe size they did not have in stock then informed me via email that my order can not be changed and will be dispatched. Worst service ever basically scammed me. AVOID

I was sceptical buying from this website as some of the reviews were quite negative. However, I bit the bullet and bought form Bergzeit. I had nothing but a positive experience. I ordered some skis bindings and they came 3 days later packaged well and in great condition.

Purchased Hoka Cavu in late June. Ive been running regularly on average 4 times a week, with one long run over 10miles most weeks. Unfortunately by early October the Hoka couldnt keep up and split on the insides. I contacted Bergzeit who requested I clean the item and return, they supplied the postage so the return was free of charge and they refunded me in full.Excellent service cant recommend enough!!!

First time I have ever used their services. Ordered 3 high value items from Bergzeit to be shipped to inner Hebridean of Scotland. Items went through around 5 check points before reaching UK DHL. It then sat for 4 days in their depot before being transferred to a local carrier. Arrived in normal expected shipping time and could not be happier. Goods are brand new/emmaculate. All packed very well. So happy with everything I would highly recommend to others to shop Bergzeit.

Wasn't sure about ordering since very mixed reviews, but the deal was so good I went for the gamble. Jacket arrived in 5 days, excellent product, no problems, 5 star service, I would use it again.
