First-class customer service and support
The Customer Relations team led by Mark Searson in East London has been a fantastic support to me. I purchased the property from Mark when he worked at the sales department. Many years after he still picks up pieces of memory. The conversations are always honest and customer-centric. He always cares to solve the problem and wherever not applicable, he always let customers know why and what he could do to help. This is heart-warming in a tech-driven world where machine auto-replies take a role. The interactions with Mark and his team have been always positive, responsive, and helpful. Many thanks to Hazel Whiles who takes care of my queries effectively and thanks very much to Ruby Frampton from R&R who responded quickly to supply the building insurance materials. I really appreciate that there is always a human touch in the services provided, not only a ‘job’ to complete. I won’t forget to say thank you to Bill Cumes who managed the property for R&R who offered me empathy and tried his best to help. Thanks a lot to you all.

Sadly the windows in our high rise are falling out thanks to Berkeley Homes shoddy windows.
I bought a flat new in 2006 and have complained to them previously.

Our experience purchasing in Broadacres…
Our experience purchasing in Broadacres Southwater has been amazing. We first time buyers, we were often unsure of what to do next. The Berkeleys sales team was however amazing and kept us informed and explained everything to us. They were very customer centric. At no point did we feel like we were getting pressured. Post the official exchange the after sales team has been just as attentive and helpful. They are quick to address any questions or concerns. We’ve had an amazing experience. The team as a whole was amazing. I would however like to give a special thanks to Sarah, Gay, Holly and Nicola for all their assistance.
Discrimination of clients
We had the most disappointing customer experience one could imagine. We made a deposit for a flat and after a couple of months we got a phone call from Berkeley sales manager saying that they are breaking the deal because of our nationality. Our family is shocked. Berkeley rejected to compensate the cost of solicitor services - more then 4k pounds which is a big hit for our family budget with a small kid. This is a disgusting and discriminatory company.

In my 25 year property career we have completed on thousands of apartments. Dealing with Berkeley Homes was the best experience I have had. The customer service was excellent. The specification and level of finish in the apartment and as importantly the communal was second to no company. If all the completion experiences were like this my working life would be much easier
To be honest
To be honest, as a first-time homebuyer, I can say that from the very initial viewing to handing over and moving in, it was very smooth and professionally managed by The Green Quarter team. The built quality and the amenities are unmatched. Lots of green spaces are a plus.
