I recently purchased a car from Thames Ditton BYD, and my experience was absolutely excellent. A huge thank you to my salesman, Michael, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I called in the morning, and he easily accommodated a test drive for both me and my brother-in-law that same day.

When it came to negotiating, Michael was entirely reasonable and straightforward. I especially appreciated that he was never pushy about additional products like GAP insurance or alloy wheel protection. Instead, he simply made sure I had a clear understanding of what they were so I could make an informed decision on my own.

After placing my deposit, the great service continued. Michael clearly explained the next steps, set realistic timeframes, and consistently kept me in the loop via phone and email. When I picked up the car a few days later, he patiently ran through all the paperwork and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the car’s features, ensuring I felt completely confident and competent before driving away. Overall, a fantastic customer experience. I am so glad I chose to buy my car here and highly recommend Michael and the team!

Honestly, my experience with Berry Thames Ditton BYD couldn't have gone any smoother. I have to give a special shout out to the gentleman who assisted me (Mitch) as his warmth and kindness was above and beyond. He kept me up to speed with what needed to be done to my vehicle and didn't miss a beat. He gave me a room to work in whilst I waited which I fully utilised whilst he was running all the tests needed. He gave me the wifi code for ease of work, I had two sensational Mochas on the house and Mitch just made sure I was well catered to. I genuinely felt like a VIP customer from beginning to end.

Even after my car had been sorted out, I stayed for a hour or so after just getting my own work done on my laptop and Mitch didn't mind at all.

Customer service was a 10/10.

The BYD team, and in particular Dylan Evans and Fabio Pinto, were absolutely fantastic. Super professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. They made the process be so smooth and enjoyable. Can't recommend the Berry Thames Ditton BYD staff more. We are super happy with the purchase process and the car. Thanks folks.
