Do not use this company!!!!!
I booked with them to travel through Dubai to Europe on a Qantas flight. When the war impacted travel, Qantas offered immediate refunds, but customers had to apply through the travel agent that had booked their flight. Best Price gave excuse after excuse (only after multiple emails to them) and responded only after I had threatened to refer the matter to Fair Trading. They had said that my refund “had been processed”, but still took over two months to send my refund. And they charged me $175 for the privilege.
Avoid this company.

The agency had charged for dietary meals, it was never mention in the flight manifest on Mel to BKK and from transit I emailed which was never responded and my daughter flew hungry.
The meal was still not mentioned on BKK to KTM flight and we couldn't eat anything.
Child not getting meal was heart broken.
I complained to the flight crew on both flights but they were not able to get us the requested meals.
10th April I emailed but have not got the reply.
I am worried if the same will happen during KTM to BKK and BKK to Mel flights.
Extra charge for nothing and they don't mention your requirements to the airline.
Very bad.
If my daughter doesn't get meals during the return flights, I will report this agency to the authorities in .Australia.

It’s been 8+ months and I still haven’t received a refund (tried to contact so many times and they’ve completely ghosted.

For others who’ve been scammed:
Contact your bank and request a chargeback. They should refund you. Make sure the 10 week period is over and that you’ve tried to contact them multiple times, because the bank requests proof of calls and emails.
Every complaint counts. When complaints pile up through chargeback:
That’s when regulators like the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission can step in.
They can:
• investigate misleading conduct
• take enforcement action
• fine or penalise the company

Worst experience. Doesn’t respond to any of your enquiries. Never trust them.

Jodie was an excellent customer service agent that helped tremendously in navigating the situation with flights through the Middle East being cancelled/rescheduled.

I had a very disappointing experience with Best Price Travel. It has been 5 days since I booked my ticket with Air India, and I still have not received my e-ticket.
Every time I contact customer support, they keep saying “it’s in process,” but there is no proper update or resolution. The response is slow, unprofessional, and feels like they are just delaying without actually helping.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when travel plans depend on timely ticket confirmation. It creates stress and uncertainty for customers.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid booking through them. Very poor service and zero accountability.

I recently booked my flight from Melbourne to Adelaide and vice versa through this agency and overall had a good experience. They offer some of the best and most affordable deals compared to other agencies, which I really appreciated. My flight was legitimate and everything went smoothly with no issues during travel.

The only concern I had was the delay in receiving my booking confirmation. It took multiple calls and follow-ups, which caused me some stress and anxiety as I was worried about whether my booking was confirmed. Improving the confirmation process would definitely make the experience better.

Aside from that, I’m satisfied with their affordable prices and smooth service.

BUYER BEWARE:

This is a dodgy Indian company scamming people.

I have now experienced the same issue with BestPriceTravel four times.

Each time, a very low flight price is advertised through Momondo and confirmed again on BestPriceTravel’s own website. You then enter all passenger and credit card details, only to be told the payment has “failed” and that you must contact customer service.

When you do, you are told the original fare is no longer available and are pushed to buy a more expensive flight instead.

After four identical experiences, this clearly appears to be a deliberate upselling tactic rather than a genuine pricing or payment issue. I would strongly advise other travellers to be cautious and consider booking through airlines or more transparent agencies.

I gave it all to Ruby, she is execptional and understand her job so well. I was struggling to get a suitable date and a fair price for my ticket online, and Ruby stepped in and made it super easy for me. I will definately be looking out for Ruby on my next travel ticket.

Worst experience with a Travel agent, stay away from this Company!!!
Booked a flight with Malaysia Airlines on the 25th November, they sent me a itinerary that day, when I checked on Malaysia airlines website the Booking reference number come up as not valid.
Called the next day they told me that it takes 24-48 hours for the tickets to be issued by the Arline.
By Friday no confirmation on my tickets, Called several times only to be told only the the Lady Jodie can handle my booking. At each call she was in a meeting or on dinner break nevere Called back .Each call sounded like a Indian Call centre!!!
On Friday I ask them to cancel my Booking after reading all this horrendous reviews.
Called Saturday Sunday Monday with no success talking with someone to Cancelling my Booking.
On Tuesday one week later I got confirmation that my Tickets where issued, Jodie had excuse she was sick not at work..after I been told she's in a meeting or on break.
I told her to cancel my booking, because I already booked a other flight with other company.
Taken 5 day for her finally cancel my booking.
She said I get a refund in 5 to 10 days, minus $250 handling fee.
14 days no refund. I bombarded here with message on her WhatsApp and finally she issued the refund.
Dealing with this Company was very stressful and a lot of anxiety.

I paid Around 2500 for return ticket but they have not send me the confirmed ticket and e ticket number. i tried to contact several times but all the time they said we are waiting from the airline. looks like i been scammed.

I paid online for a return air ticket form Melbourne to London.

Their website says you have to wait between 24 - 48 hours before you receive your e-ticket. Without the e-ticket you can't secure a seat from the airline. I have been waiting more than 96 hours.

I never received an e-ticket, I rang over 7 times. I was given false assurances, differing explanations and bogus references and documentation which mean nothing to the airline because they haven't received payment. Without an E-TICKET you have nothing. It's the only reference that counts.

I will have to buy another ticket this time directly from the airline.

This company is not a member of (ATAS) AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme, this is a clear warning sign!! Another warning sign is that no refunds are given.

Stay away from this company at all costs.

I booked tickets for my wife and I on the 6th December (fully paid) and received an email from a lady named Jodie. I logged into Qantas and selected our seats and thought everything was great.
On the 16th December (late afternoon), I went back into Qantas to buy extra baggage BUT our booking reference wouldn't come up so I called Qantas to ask if there was a problem, the person from Qantas told me our tickets were cancelled on the 9th December by travel agency. To my shock I tried multiple times to call Best Price Travel and kept being told to call back later, someone is working on fixing issue as we speak and I'll have new tickets.
The following day again after multiple calls a guy by the name James issued me with new itinerary (that's all they ever give you NO e-tickets).

Once again a couple of days later the booking reference was gone from Qantas.
Multiple emails to Jodie with her telling me to wait till Wednesday, James telling me on Sunday 21st December booking is closed today (I asked well why do you guys have 24/7 on your website).

Anyway, stay away as they are a complete scam.

I have contacted our bank, Asic and Fair Trading NSW.

I booked two airline tickets for my in-laws in November. After completing the payment successfully, I did not receive any confirmation email, which immediately felt suspicious.

I contacted the company via online chat and was connected with an agent named Wendy, who assured me she would send the e-tickets.
When I received what she called “e-tickets,” I realized they were not actual e-tickets but simply an internal confirmation itinerary. I then called multiple times requesting the real e-tickets. Each time, I was told Wendy was the only person who could help me. However, whenever I asked to speak with her, I was given excuses: she only works after 4 PM, she was with another customer, she was on a break, and so on. Despite repeated promises that Wendy would call or email me back, she never did.

Eventually, I refused to hang up until they sent me the e-tickets. I was told they were “in processing” and would be sent by the end of the weekend. Unsurprisingly, the weekend passed with no e-tickets. After more calls, Wendy finally sent them. When I checked the airline’s website, the tickets appeared genuine, which was a relief—I thought the nightmare was over. But it wasn’t.

Two weeks later, I tried to select seats using those e-tickets, but the airline’s website kept showing errors. I called the airline directly and was shocked to learn that my tickets had been canceled the same day they were issued by the agent. The ticket numbers were genuine, but they were no longer valid because of the cancellation.

I was furious. I called the company again countless times, only to be pushed around. At one point, they left me on hold for over an hour. The last person I spoke to was Tania, who promised to escalate my case and said her manager would call me back before 6:30 PM. It’s now 3:30 PM, and still no call. For reference, the last time I called during Wendy’s supposed working hours (around 5:30 PM), I was told the management team was already off duty.

This company is a scam. Although registered in Australia, their entire operation is overseas. Absolutely stay away from them. I will be writing to all major OTA platforms to request that this agent be removed from their systems. My husband will also lodge a complaint with Fair Trading. A third-party agent cannot cancel a customer’s tickets without a valid reason—and certainly not without consent. This is a clear breach of the travel agent–customer contract, and regulators should investigate, impose fines, and shut down this business.

My concern regarding a price discrepancy I experienced while attempting to book a flight through your website.
The fare displayed online was $3391, and I proceeded to make the payment. My bank approved the transaction, yet their system declined it. When I contacted the support team, I was informed that the same flight was only available at a higher price $4049.80, which contradicts the fare still being shown on their website.
If the higher price is the correct one, why the lower price continues to appear online. This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience. I have screenshots and email correspondence that clearly show the original advertised price, along with the payment attempt.
customers value transparency, and I believe keeping accurate and genuine prices online is essential for maintaining customer trust.
