Hello Dan,

Many thanks for taking the time to leave this review.

We're very happy to hear that you are enjoying our services, app and available features. We are very lucky to develop all our own technology, so when feedback is received, we can relay it to the business in the hope of evolving even further for our customers. Forecast and tricast betting will hopefully be released on site soon, but we will make sure your request is passed on.

Regards and thanks,

Hi Alex,

We're sorry that your experience didn't live up to expectation. Any promotion however up until that particular point in time was honoured. There are a number of factors that are taken into account when decision are made and are afraid this wouldn't be the right forum to discuss.

Hi Janet,

Thanks for taking the time to review us. The contact us button is located at the bottom of all FAQ articles. The Help Centre has a vast knowledge base and we've found that most questions can be answered by searching the database. The goal is to give as much information to our customers to be self-sufficient in answering their own queries. We do however understand that not all queries can be answered by the articles alone and human interaction is needed. We've taken on board your feedback and will pass on for consideration.

Hi Paul,

It's all about innovation and progress and we're glad that you picked up on that being a long standing customer. We've recently introduced #Bright Bundle (BetBuilder) that will give you the ability to create and place their own bets on all of the top football competitions. Another recent addition is the improved golf product that will enhance your experience including hole images and tipping data from the Racing Post. We've expanded our recommendations for the Recall product to other sports and providing you with a recommendations homepage area. Last but not least, we've got the BetFeed where you can see who is betting on what which is proving to be a popular addition to BetBright. Onwards and upwards.

Thanks for taking the time to review us.

Hi James,

Appreciate you taking the time to review us. We're happy to hear that your experience with Customer Support was good and have passed on your feedback in regards to the placement of the "Contact Us" button. We try and have as much information in the Help Centre so our customers can be self-sufficient in finding the answers to their query. At times, the information may not be exactly what you're looking for and speaking to someone would be the best course of action. Duly noted.

Kind regards,

Hi Scott,

We're sorry that your experience hasn't lived up to expectation. Ultimately, customers that sign up with us can either chose to opt into our promotions or not - this is their prerogative. We display the terms and mechanics of all our promotions on the landing page, one click away in the registration forms and in the opt-in box when a deposit is made. We cannot be more transparent than this and have found that all our sign up offers are very popular.

In regard to documentation, verbatim from our Help Centre will help to explain the process you are going through:

"In line with our legal, compliance and regulatory requirements we are obliged to perform age verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.

Upon registration, automated checks are run to verify that the account holder is over 18 and the details provided, including the payment methods used, are legitimate by using reliable independent source documents, data or information.

There are however several reasons that the electronic checks fail to fully verify the account holder and therefore need the account holder to verify the account details registered.

This is an industry-wide process and is not an uncommon request to be made. We appreciate that it can be an inconvenience, however, the issue of security of customers’ accounts and our business is paramount."

The full article can be found here: https://help.betbright.com/support/solutions/articles/7000017586-what-is-know-your-customer-kyc-

Due to the obligations mentioned above, this is also part of the terms and conditions you agreed to in relation to the service we provide - specifically, points 10.1, 10.2. Upon registration customers have to agree to the terms or an account cannot be created.

The full terms for this specific scenario can be found here: https://help.betbright.com/support/solutions/articles/7000034862-terms-and-conditions

In summary Scott, the requests being made are nothing out of the ordinary but we do appreciate that this can be a frustrating and dull the otherwise enjoyable experience with us.

Our Security department is awaiting your reply to their last email.

Kind regards,
BetBright
