This is not the correct forum to discuss account specifics in relation to betting stake restrictions, however, having looked at your reviews for other bookmakers, BetBright is not the only operator that you have had this experience with. In particular, on 13 June 2018 and 19 April 2018, you air your frustration in regard to betting limits set by other online operators.

Ultimately, all accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and based on a range of criteria, decisions will be made in line with our terms and conditions. Fundamentally, actions taken by us in any capacity will only be done so after a full review has taken place.

As with every online operator, we reserve the right to refuse part of a bet or the bet in its entirety. For your reference, the specific term customers agree to do upon registration can be found in the link above and this specific issue is outlined in term 11.6.

We're sorry that your experience did not live up to expectation however as you can see from the plethora of positive reviews, our customers overall have a great experience with us.

We train all our Customer Support team to the highest standard and product/promotional knowledge is a key element.
