I'm really disappointed with this theme and Envato support.
the theme doesn't suite my needs so i asked for a refund after 3 days after the purchase and there is no response even Envato support doesn't care about their customers.
Not recommend this theme or Envato market at all

Definitely one of the greatest theme and builder on the net, support worked well for me several times. I used both forum and ticket system. The builder is intuitive and what's important for me, designs of pre built sites are clean and pleasing to eye. I would not change to any other builder! But this page betheme.com is not official page of the author! Be aware and just buy from the MuffinGroup.

The support team is practically useless, and when you report an error, they claim they'll update the theme, but it never happens. The theme is poorly coded, and I could never get a PageSpeed score over 80 on mobile, which severely impacted my SEO. I've managed a farm of PBN sites and many money sites, working with themes like Divi, Elementor, Astra, etc. This theme's claim to be the fastest is an outright lie—it's actually the slowest I've ever used. I highly recommend using themes like Hello Elementor, Blocksy, or Kadence, which are genuinely fast. For example, it took me just 7 hours to build a site with Kadence, but with this theme, it took 3 weeks. No exaggeration—it's so complicated that it will drive you crazy. If you want traffic, keep things simple. Stop overcomplicating with "cool" designs that make building a site nearly impossible. The theme is riddled with errors and bugs—I have over 130 (404 pages) in Google Console, and support tells me that's normal.

After purchasing this product two weeks ago I have not received a single reply to my support tickets. This is quite disgraceful for such an expensive product.
