Absolutely unbelievable how terrible my experience has been with this company. Obviously, everyone else is having the same experience as me. Ordered, changed my mind about the purchase, and contacted them LOOOOOONG before the products were ever shipped, as per cancellation instructions on their own website. Went back and forth with them many, many times telling them to cancel my order, and they would send back an unprofessional, "Are you suuuuuuuure?" every single time, never processing my cancellation. When I first cancelled, I was actually going to save the site and go back to shop there later on, but after this insanity, I will be doing everything I can to make sure no one I know ever gives these con artists another dime.

WARNING! Do not buy from this company. The items are completely different than in the pictures (and I mean an absolute joke how much different) and very bad quality.

When trying to get a refund, they first try to give your a voucher to buy more stuff instead and if you persist in trying to get a refund, they try to give you a token $5 back only.

UTTER SCAM.

Total scam! Ordered a few months ago and got no word of confirmation until I had to openly call them out on their Facebook page to which they promptly responded that my shipment was on the way. But when it arrived I looked at it and swore it wasn't my order. It was so badly mad that it looked nothing like the pictures. When I called them out on their adverts I was blocked

Still have yet to receive items! I tried to cancel more than a month ago, and, like others, received multiple email responses asking to "please reconsider" and claiming it was "such a good price". I responded to each one that I did not want to reconsider, that I wanted immediate cancellation and a refund. This went on until I got an email saying they couldn't cancel, because they already shipped the items. All the other emails were simply a stall tactic! I have a pending dispute with PayPal that keeps having it's decision date moved out, because they have claimed to PayPal that they shipped the items with a tracking number that doesn't appear to be moving anywhere. If the items are received, I fully expect PayPal to try to deny my claim, which I will send them all the information of what I expect to be clothing not even worthy of the $5.99 store in the mall, and the documentation of the emails I've kept showing how they would not cancel my order, and stalled until they could claim shipping to avoid PayPal processing a refund!

This place is worse than a scam. I ordered something and then immediately tried to cancel it. They refused. Once I raised it with PayPal, they sent off the items. Since I could only claim that I hadn’t received them, they waited til they heard from PayPal, sent off some of the items. I have just received some of my order, and what I did receive, is shocking is awful quality. NOTHING LIKE DESCRIBED. Now I probably won’t even get my money back, because I’m not able to change the reason for my dispute. They found the loophole and used it. Good luck if you decide to buy from here. It’s all crap.

This is clearly a scam. I ordered two items of clothing which were said to be made of cotton. They arrived and not only was it all cheap synthetic fabric, but also with ridiculously poorly printed patterns on them, which were supposed to have been sown nicely. The sizes were completely random (the size Small leggings wouldn't fit size L, and I mean- they're leggings).

The only way to communicate with customer service is with a robot via email that continuously ignores my request to give me the address so I can return the items and get a refund and keep asking whether I could keep the items instead in exchange for a worthless 5 dollar gift card.

Stay away from this site, the pictures are grossly misrepresenting the quality and indication for size of their merchandise and there is no way to get your money back.

I have had the same problem as everyone else, I'm going to go through PayPal spent one week having communications where they would not acknowledge my cancellation, using the same excuses, please reconsider great offer, etc as they acknowledged that I cancelled the order within there time period as per there terms and conditions. They have refunded one item as they said it wasnt available and have not cancelled the order overall?! despite over 40 emails. Beyond frustrating, is a better name for them, I've had to take a week off! Before deciding that tommorrow, I'm speaking to paypal and I hope they can sort this out. I dont usually buy in bulk or from companies, but the designs and the countdown made me panic buy to be honest, presents and a massive birthday treat for me I spent nearly 300 pounds, again not a usual thing. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I placed it and read the reviews. Have no idea why I didnt do it the other way round even as I was paying I kept checking the home page and thinking "this doesn't look right", there's just a lack of information and professionalism. I would appreciate anyone who knows how to set up the paypal dispute? I know they also have to be pressured, I'm hoping they will help and am trying very hard not to get angry with these people. I've discovered many other online companies set up in 2020, no contact details, same scam model. Some people really have no morality. I'm shocked that they get so many people and get away with it!

I got two items from them. One was ripping at the seems and the other one was not what I ordered and was the size for a small child. When I talked to them about returning the items, they said I should try to sew it myself and give me three dollars. They are extremely unprofessional and are a scam. Stay away.

I got duped and bought a few items before this was known to be a scam. After shipping was severely delayed, I tried to cancel my order. They kept emailing me telling me I should keep the order and “it’s really good”. I said I didn’t care and I wanted to cancel. We emailed back and forth DAILY for 1 week with me asking to cancel and them trying to “convince me” not to, until finally they just told me they can’t cancel because they now shipped it. I’m fighting the charges through PayPal now, haven’t received anything yet. Total scam.

This is a scam.
They sent me a child sized halloween costume instead of the cape listed on their site. Then they refused to accept a return or issue a refund despite their policy. They have offered me a $6 store credit for the item they sent as their "accountability."

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Gave it to my sister to polish her furniture . So I sent them a chill letter with pics of this piece of crap .they dsay it’s too expensive to send it back . Back to where . The label on the bag says Ca . I live in Ca. It is the cheapest fabric cut bare with scissors threads all over the place piece of crap!!!! We are not letting you slide .

I’m not keeping it no one in my family or friends likes it and everyone agrees it’s a total rip off. Then I said ... hey you have my money so I’ll purchase something else from your scam store because I can’t return the ugly hideous scarve they won’t let me . Another copy and paste letter . Keep the garment give it to a friend we will offer you $3 credit . Game on . I’m reporting them and we all will destroy these illegal scammers who take your $$ for garbage . Crap. I should have looked this up before I purchased $94 worth items. I haven't heard from them in a month about cancelling my order. Don't buy, fake ads, FRICK I can't believe I fell for this.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Total scam site. has gone by other names in the past. rips off design images from a bunch of creators, and sends nothing, or if they do send anything it is cheap knock-offs nothing like the actual clothing it claims to be selling.

Refused to cancel and refund me three times, then refused to contact the courier THEY CHOSE as there was a shipping error. They refused to take any responsibility. Not surprised given how much of a scam this site appears to be, definitely do not recommend as they will likely send cheap rubbish in place of what they advertise, that is IF you even get your parcel!

Received the goods and they were cheap, nasty material not like the marketing images. I have emailed seven times asking fort a return address, each time they reply urging me to keep the items or give to a friend! They will not refund and the clothing is not lime the marketing. Stsy away. Do not buy from this company.

Damn. I should have known better to look around before entering my details. I never, I mean never, buy online and when I completed the transaction it said I should contact them. I found that odd and immediately tried to call my CC company to cancel the transaction. Of course, there is no one to answer the call. Now I'm worried I've compromised my info.
I didn't spend a lot so not super worried about the item; just more worried about fraud from here on in.
I hope I get something....I'll keep you posted.
How can facebook keep these kinds of sites on their advertising list?

Never got my order, send about 7 mails for a refund, they ignored my question. They kept urging me to be more patient or to reconsider. This is a total scam! I contacted paypal and FB in order to file a complaint. Also saw that other people had their visa credited several times. DO NOT BUY HERE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered and they told me they ship out right away. 4 wks later they did not even ship my items out. Found out it was coming from China. ( I had asked before I bought and they said the US) I told them to cancel my order in 3 different emails and they refused. The 3rd time they said it was already shipped out. So they ignored my cancellations. Never deal with China for anything it is all crap. They have lied to me and will continue to lie to the public. They keep changing their name so people will not find out.

Stay well away from these people. They sent me the cheapest polyester leggings you could imagine, with a blurry print of what they were supposed to look like. They refuse to give me a refund, and keep offering me a few bucks of store credit instead.

The positive reviews on their website must all be fake: no one could possibly be happy doing business with them.

Beyonking is a scam, they steal their photos from artists such as Blossoming Bumble, Flower Pot Handmade, Wildhorse Apparel, and SO MANY MORE handmade organic clothing shops. These artists use oranic fabrics, dye them with herbs and sew the clothing by hand and yes it is expensive....you will not find a pair of these leggings for $20....BUT they're worth the time and money. do not support shops that do not look right, that raise red flags.
