Still not received

I get sent a survey and I am still waiting for the product to ship. No emails to keep me updated as to what is going on and no tracking information. Dreadful customer service. Hopefully I'll like the print if and when it finally arrives

We are so sorry the order did not arrive. We ship everything via Royal Mail on a delivery confirmed service, so cannot track it. We only know of non deliveries when customers let us know, so this is the first we have heard. I have contacted you by email to offer a replacement which will be sent out today and with hope will arrive with you tomorrow or the following. As it is a large item, please double check to see if they leave a note if you are not home, as it is not possible to fit through normal letter boxes.

Amazing quality

Absolutely loved the product but unfortunately the pinkie finger was broken.
This really surprised me as it was really well packaged.
It was for a friends funeral the day after it arrived so I couldn’t return it. Still made a beautiful impact on the day and everyone loved it!

Amazing taste

Ordered super tea had double mind about ordering but am glad I did the service was good and the teas have a nice taste not bitter will definitely be ordering again and definitely recommend it
