I have a birthday trip coming up next week, so I ordered a few bathing suits from this company with expedited shipping. After I didn’t receive a tracking number a few days later, I reached out to customer service to inquire and they told me that I chose standard shipping when I checked out! They however still expedited it to make sure I got it in time for my birthday! They responded and resolved my matter so quickly and they were really nice about it. My order is now arriving on Monday and I am so excited!

You should offer exchanges even if it the item is on sale because you can’t try it on until it’s delivered to you.

I really loved my swimsuit and had a great experience wearing it out. The quality and fit were great, though I should have gotten a medium bottom instead of large due to the style. It looked AMAZING in the water though! Will definitely purchase again!

The item had an unpleasant odor which is the reason for the rating. On a positive note, the kaftan is nice and flowy with rich and beautiful colors.

Love BFyne’s swimwear this is my second swimsuit. Vibrant colors and great fit.

was really excited for this brand. i followed their journey since initial launch…Ordered twice within a few months and saw poor experience.

1. Both times saw issues with disappointing sizing and style construction. Published swimsuit sizing just didnt fit actual clothing. Based on their published sizing that is comparable to a fashionnova or VS brand sizing, the bfyne pieces didnt cut it all. The bfyne pieces were no match for pre-owned VS and Fashionova pieces. Ordered a one piece and 2 piece swimsuits from bfyne. Cup coverage for a D size was minimal (it was giving boobage spillage) and part of the fabric that should be sitting under the bust area was riding above the bust. Having such an uncomfortable fit and a poorly constructed style that required heavy monitoring to avoid exposure whether one was moving or not moving was just unacceptable.

2. Also found the pieces just too small. Few had stretch with strings and 1 or so had no way of adjusting it at all. Even with those adjustments, it was too small and had one issue here or there with the construction/fit. The pieces cant be returned sadly. Small and medium sized swimsuits seemed to be a better fit for a teen TBH (11 or 12 at least)

3. Got pants which were a good long length especially If 5' 9" and over. While the quality of the fabric for the swimsuits were better, the quality of the resort pants was not as great.

4. There are no published product reviews directly on the brand's website which could have been helpful to assess a potential fit before making a purchase. Supplementing the product pages with customer or model images would be helpful in addition to the AI model. The suggestion was made to their customer service months ago before i placed my last order with them. It would be good to consider sizing across various shapes and ensure construction of the styles suits various smallS, mediumS, largeS with different torso and bust sizing.

Lastly, i saw the reviews on the brand on VS site and other review sites they had complaints on the same sizing issues. I wish i had researched earlier to avoid the poor experiences and losing my money, especially with return shipping and steep restock cost. The customer service response was also terribly slow with complexities that required a major effort on the customer’s part to sort out one’s case. Anyways hoping they improve.

Swimwear was not designed with comfortability in mind the swim top I ordered doesn’t even cover my boobs and if I lift my arms just in the slightest way I will flash the entire beach with my exposed chest. I’m not sure who approved this design but it was not a great idea.

The customer service is beyond amazing. I was feeling bold thinking I was a small. When my outfit got here it was a bit too tight. I figured medium is the way to go. I emailed the customer service team and they got back to me fast. They were so kind and accommodating and switched sizes for me. I ordered another outfit because of how nice they were. . Love love love .

My shopping experience was good not great. There could be improvements made to the website that automatically links the coordinating separates so that a customer doesn't have to go back and forth finding matching pieces. I paid extra for quick shipping and it arrived on time.

I placed a swimsuit order 10 days ago for my upcoming honeymoon. I still haven’t received any correspondence concerning the status of my package. I’ve called and sent emails. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. This company has beautiful swimsuits however I just can’t recommend them. They need to have additional customer support and shipping staff. I’ll have to find another place to purchase my honeymoon swimsuits.

Customer Service is AWFUL!!!! Placed my order on November 22nd received the confirmation email today is December 12th I have yet to receive the 2 swimsuits that I ordered sent 3 emails and called 3 times with no response from email or calls. I allowed a few extra weeks hoping that maybe because of Black Friday their shipment was a little slow however 3 weeks is a bit excessive…Finally contacted my credit card company…So sad I really wanted my swimsuits…I placed an order October 8, 2023 and had to send the swimsuit back because the size chart was off and ran small so with this order I knew to order a size up I should have learned from my first order because the customer service was not good then but wanted to give this black owned business another try…Buttt I see that they are just not customer oriented. So sad!!!And let’s just say even on sale these swimsuits are not cheap…
