Any questions or queries I had were dealt with promptly and thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence throughout the process. One again we used BHP Law and Fiona Addison of the Tynemouth office.
Fiona is an exeptional expert in her field. Her friendly and caring approach through the recent sale of the property always showed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Fiona was always friendly, proffesional and extremelly approachable.
I would definitely recommend Fiona and BHP Law in Tynemouth.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Michelle Coulson in the Darlington BHP Law office. Once again Michelle was extrmelly knowlegable, super friendly and a credit to the company as is Fiona.
If I was to buy or sell again Fiona and BHP Law would be the only place to go, as would Michelle for other legal matters.

Service for boundary dispute
We used BHP for a house purchase. The team was very supportive. Based on this experience, we decided to use BHP again for a boundary dispute. Unprofessional attitude, constant delays, poor communication, and not completing tasks that were agreed upon. And we were still charged in full. The outcome of this attitude caused our family a lot of stress and continuous problems. Unacceptable excuses for such behavior should not even exist in such a field.

Excellent Service - Wills
I was referred to BHP Law via the Alzheimer's Society Make a Will Scheme.
The Solicitor dealing with my case was Laura Vipond in the Newcastle Office. I found her to be professional, efficient and friendly. She explained everything in a plain and simple manner and went over things I was unclear about. We initially spoke on the telephone and the draft Wills were prepared and emailed to me. We then went to her office to sign the completed documents.
Her Assistant, Gemma Bowman, was also extremely helpful and prompt in responding to communications.
I would not hesitate to use Laura again should the need arise.

We cannot thank Jemma Ebdon at BHP Law enough for her outstanding support throughout our conveyancing process. Ours turned out to be an exceptionally long and challenging transaction due to ongoing lender enquiries, but Jemma’s persistence, efficiency, and professionalism were truly something else.
At every stage, she remained proactive, thorough, and completely on top of matters, even when things became frustrating and drawn out. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she consistently pushed things forward when it felt like progress had stalled.
