Bournemouth to Powderham castle
The return journey the coach was cool aircon was great, driver was so friendly and professional.
A medical episode occured whic delayed us and although there were navigational issues due to inconsiderate parking and poor road conditions the drivers skill and awareness was amazing
I have a new found respect for coach drivers.

Very poor customer service and discriminatory practices refusing service to disabled customers. Not only is it morally wrong but also legally wrong and in violation of the Equality Act for them to act in the way that they do. Very poor from such a large company.

Had initially booked to use their coach transfer, but had to make a last minute cancellation as our plans had changed. All communication was prompt and concise, from initial booking through to our late cancellation. Very professional.

I have used the Big Green Bus many times to travel to gigs. The service from booking tickets to the bus journey to and from gigs has been excellent. With my recent purchase, I had submitted an incorrect email address and contacted the contact centre. It was dealt with on the same day. Staff are friendly, extremely courteous and willing to provide assistance. I sincerely hope that the Big Green Bus continues to exist into the future.

Extremely disappointing experience.

The outward journey was great – comfortable coach, working air conditioning and a friendly driver. Unfortunately, the return journey was the complete opposite.

The coach had been sitting for hours and was unbearably hot when passengers boarded. The air conditioning was not on, and multiple passengers raised concerns about the temperature, only to be ignored by the driver. His attitude was not nice at all, and he came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Many people were visibly uncomfortable and struggling in the heat. The main interior lights were also left on throughout much of the journey, making it difficult to rest after a long day.

What makes this more frustrating is that the air conditioning was eventually switched on later in the journey, so it was clearly available. Had concerns been addressed sooner, much of the discomfort could have been avoided.

I contacted customer services to complain and request compensation. While they apologised, they refused any refund and largely dismissed the issues raised. I then responded to explain why I was unhappy with their decision and have since received no reply despite following up.

I expected a far better standard of service and customer care. Based on both the journey itself and the way the complaint has been handled, I would not use this company again.

Booking was easy but unfortunately we had to cancel our journey. My email was answered promptly and had all the information I needed. Very impressed

Very quick response to email, great service!

Used them for radio 1 big weekend in May. No information from stewards or anyone for that matter for times of buses arrival for outward journey. Very chaotic. Waited 50 mins in heat to get bus. Asked for refund for part of journey. Refused.
Journey from event was better organised.

Easy to book coach travel. Designated pick-up point was a 20 minute drive from home with plenty of parking available.
Clean coach, friendly driver, aircon.
Straightforward drive to stadium venue, dropped off outside with short walk to entry point. Designated pick-up point and a good journey home.
Overall a very good experience.

Second time I've used this company and have had bad experiences both times. First time the coach was over an hour late and the driver didn't know where he was going so got dropped off in wrong place which meant we then didn't know where to go for the journey back home, which caused lots of stress for us throughout the day of the event as we were worried we wouldn't get home.
Second time I had a problem with my booking and customer service ghosted me after initially replying and being really helpful. This meant that I had to buy 2 brand new tickets very last minute to the event so I was out of pocket and stressed again. No other way to contact other than an email which they stopped responding to despite saying they would prioritise upcoming bookings.

It's a great idea but not well executed unfortunately.

We are first time Isle of Wight Fesitval attendees and just had the most fantastic experience from Bristol and back! The buses were clean, the AC was on (thankfully) and the toilets worked! The ferry crossings were really easy (we have avoided IOW as we thought it would be expensive and complex to get there and back but we were wrong!)

Our driver home was so friendly and when we needed to move our pickup location before the event, customer service sorted us out straight away! Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely book this company again!

Excellent customer service, very responsive to communication prior to travel - answering multiple queries. The bus was on time and was exactly where it said it would be. The driver was very friendly and patient, he helped me onto the bus as I was struggling with an injury after the concert. I highly recommend this bus company.

Friendly, attentive drivers. Arrived promptly and got us to Wembley in good time (and was pretty quick getting us home after the concert too!) Coach was clean, toilet available to use (but for emergencies only as was a hot day), and lovely aircon. On reading reviews once I booked our coach tickets I was concerned about the journey ahead of us but honestly couldn’t fault it and would definitely use again

We booked the BGC to take us from Warrington to Manchester (Take That concert).
Booking it was very easy and communication before the event was excellent.
On the day there was a delay in coach arrival. We did get notification after another passenger contacted BGC.
The driver (didn’t catch his name) was excellent.
Due to heavy traffic the journey took longer than expected but, the driver kept us updated on ETA.
Using BGC took the stress out of getting to & from the concert. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was great! Travelled back with BGC from Harry Styles London —> Manchester. Contacted customer service part way through the concert needing information on where to get picked up from and received an answer before the concert was over! Very helpful and friendly thank you!

We had trouble with our e tickets for a concert/ travel. I emailed big green coach and was blown away by there total professional approach to my worries. Thank you for all of your help very much appreciated 👍👍👍

Went to the Gorillaz concert in Tottenham, and from the very beginning things were badly organised. The coach drivers didn’t seem to know how many people were travelling or even how many coaches had been arranged.

We ended up on the second coach, which could barely move because it kept overheating. Once the concert had finished, the coach was still being worked on and had to sit on the coach which stank of fuel. So we got off again we were told the coach had been deemed unfit to continue even though they had from 16:00 to organise something else

We were then informed that two replacement coaches had been arranged, but they never arrived. While we were waiting, another group (I believe heading to Birmingham) was also left behind.

We kept being told that coaches were on their way, but after people started complaining to the representative who was there, a few taxis eventually arrived instead. After that, we were told another coach would be coming for the remaining nine of us. Again, this never happened, and eventually another batch of taxis arrived.

We finally got back to Swindon at 02:30 via a minibus taxi.

Overall, it was a nightmare. Some travellers genuinely didn’t feel safe, and it showed. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again. Their business image and planning appear nothing like the reality of the service they actually provide.

Please do not send young teenagers or vulnerable people with this service. If the taxi situation was different I’m unsure by the response at the time if they would of helped any further.

I got in at 5.30am after going all the way to London and back. I sent my son down with my disabled daughter to see gorillaz last night. No one checked thier tickets other than to make sure they were going there. I then had a call to say the coach had left. 11.25pm the call was to say they'd been left behind as well as many others. They had only been to collect thier bags on way out of the stadium. My daughter has special needs so I am glad she never went alone. MIND YOU AFTER BEING LEFT ALONE I WOULD NEVER SEND A GIRL ON THIS COACH DUE TO LACK OF SAFEGUARDING. I am now out of pocket 98£ for both to get to and from Birmingham. I also had to get someone to take me to London. Ulez needs paying fuel needs paying. Stay away from this company they just dump and run

Just wanted to share my thank you for our trip from Cardiff to Wembley for Harry Styles on Wednesday 17th June.
I've never booked a trip with your company before so was unsure of what to expect.

In short, the trip was amazing, credit to your driver's who both made our trip the best it possibly could be. They seemed to genuinely love their jobs and cared about the passengers welfare.

I will absolutely be recommending and booking your company in the future.
