First time customer, having ordered a big green egg XL with integrated stand. On trying to put the stand together, one of the wheels would not screw in, because the thread was broken. Extremely frustrating for a product that is meant to be of premium quality. Need better quality control.

The big green egg is a fabulous bbq and grill. I have particularly liked the results from the new rotisserie device. I still need more practice in some of the modes and in controlling 'low and slow' but I'm sure it will come.

Was a pleasure dealing with the team at BGE, had a query about shipping dates that was dealt with swiftly. Also I had a warranty issue and they made sure a replacement part was shipped at the same time as my order. Absolutely flawless, well done!

If only every interaction with a company could be like this. Sal and Alex visited me today to service my Egg. They kept me updated on arrival time from the outset and were extremely professional, competent and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with obtaining a warranty repair for my Egg also which they organised with the company there and then. The other Alfresco Concepts staff have been equally as good and I would not hesitate to recommend them as your Egg supplier and maintenance team.

I brought a brisket slicer for my husbands birthday costing £40. Delivery was £10 but free for spending over £50, so I added some hot sauce to my order. Delivery was quick and items were packaged well.

I’ve just bought a Large Green Egg and I’ve purchased a few accessories from the guys at BGE. From order to delivery it’s been great. My first three cooks have gone really well and I can’t wait for some better weather to try lots more recipes.
My son-in-law a a BGE and we’ve cooked our Christmas turkey on for the last four years - it’s been fantastic!!

The BGE is a very different and interesting way of cooking lots of different foods. Flavours are excellent. Need to follow the start up instructions, but once you are familiar very straightforward.

From ordering to delivery the service was excellent. Quick and satisfactory answers to my queries and a timely and friendly delivery service with the driver going "the extra few yards" to make my life much easier.

One box had been damaged and bag of charcoal torn open inside box. Complete mess,box had just been taped up to keep charcoal in.

Always great service, easy to use and kept updated throughout until delivery.

Egg is now 10 years old. Still looks like new and any replacement parts are of good quality.
