BigShip is the Worst Platform Ever. 🔴😠😡
Never use this platform for your business. Using BigShip is my worst decision ever in my business. They have pathetic and unorganized customer service. If you call their customer support, they will not pick up your call, and if you do get connected, they will just raise an escalation, which remains overdue for many days. And if you try to connect with account managers and team leaders, they don’t know anything; they just pass the days without giving any solution.
The second issue is they commit fraud in weight. They charge you extra and deduct the amount automatically from your wallet. For example, if you put 20 kg of weight on the dashboard, they show only 6-7 kg to the shipping partner.
I faced so many issues on BigShip and strongly suggest you never use this platform. In beginning they just grab your attention by showing false marketing tactics and showing less charges, but if you start using it, they keep deducting amount from your wallet, and when you go to customer support for help, they just raise escalations that remain overdue. I’m writing this after getting so irritated with BigShip, and I tried everything I could do to get help and connected with the BigShip team, but no one helped me.
I have all the proofs regarding situation which I quoted above.

I asked for an international courier. They charged 3000+ but on the day of pick up telling me destination pin code is invalid. I confirmed from client and also showed google validation. But no response. If they have any technical issue they can politely say instead they spoke rude and stop responding.
I have called for refund to their customer care and also whatsapp but they stopped responding. I also posted in all their social media channels even no response till now.
There is not a single person who is responsible and do the refund atleast, forget about looking into technical challenge.
Recommendation is stay away from Bigship it will sump you.

I wanted to share my recent experience with BigShip, a courier aggregator, so that fellow sellers can make an informed decision before subscribing to their service.
Unfortunately, they completely messed up one of my return parcels. Despite multiple follow-ups, their support team was unresponsive and provided no clear resolution. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. As a seller, timely and reliable logistics are crucial, and such negligence can lead to major losses.
If you are considering BigShip for your shipping needs, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and reading other user experiences before making a decision. Has anyone else faced similar issues with them? Let’s discuss.

It's been 15 days
It's been 15 days, and I still haven't received my refund. Moreover, the manager is not answering my calls.
Fraud company misuses client's money
Fraud company, courier companies add fake update that consignee isn't available at place and even after reminding them this since day 1 they don't take any action.
Instead they they deduct shipping charges and RTO charges from you because you've added money in the wallet.
Ecommerce owners will understand this problem because it affects customer experience and sales retention too.
On face it is a cheaper service but they cheat
I have been using Bigship from a last few months. It looks good on face as they assign an executive directly and apparently it is cost effective.
Of course, now I realize that it appears cheaper service but they earn via malpractices.
I am writing this with sheer disappointment and after loosing money for the third time.
First time, my order worth Rs. 4200 didnt get deliver but it was marked delivered. the executive said because it was an OPT delivery, we can not help. I had to send the order again. I didnt say anything. I lost money on shipments, products, packaging.
Second time, the courier service didnt deliver the order and return the shipment. I had to pay for forwarding and RTO. Then I sent the order via a local courier, it reached and delivered next day. it was Rs. 650 order but I spent in forwarding, RTO and then local courier. It cost me more than an order value.
Now, third time, my CoD order for Rs. 6000. First bigship tech platform is very poor, it generated a request but didnt give download option so i booked the same order again. Now, the pickup boy from Delhivery made a mistake put some other number. When I mentioned this to a Bigship executive, he said I should not be worry as the shipment shows in transit. I could track the shipment till the day of delivery. at the same time, here delhivery person took my sign saying he will be in trouble as there is a other shipment he mark, just to support a poor person, I signed it. Now, when it got delivered, they removed a tracking link and when I complained about my CoD, they started asking for all kind of proof saying the order was not picked up only. They spoke to the customer too. All in the picture, Delhivery pickup boy, Bigship executive and a customer know what happened but now they are asking for other documents. It has been more than a month that I am struggling to get my money but no response from them. I have a conversation screenshots from a client and Bigship executive. Anyone can read the tracking number which they eventually deleted.
I can write another review for their poor dashboard.
I just want my Rs. 6000.
