BIKE BUBL Opiniões

A good experience all round.
Comms via WhatsApp to confirm what is required, quote is tailored to your needs and payments set up via Stripe.
Opting for regular window clean seems more logical and payment is not taken until after the cleaning is complete plus you get a receipt.
Nihad cleaned my windows and he was professional polite and done a fab job.
He double checked his work and ensured I was pleased with the results before he left.
Great eco friendly idea behind this business and I highly recommend.

I chose this company based on its positive reviews, and the technician was polite, professional, and clearly trying to do a good job.

After the initial clean, I inspected the window and recorded a video to show a few remaining water marks that needed attention. At that stage, the window was clean and there were no scratches. I specifically checked the glass before contacting the company. I recorded a video to show the remaining marks and it does not show any scratch running across the glass.

The technician kindly returned to carry out a closer clean on those remaining marks. Unfortunately, it was after this second close clean that I noticed scratches running across the window at eye level, following the direction of the squeegee movement from one side of the glass to the other. The scratches are quite noticeable.

I appreciate that the work was carried out with good intentions and I do not blame the technician personally. However, the outcome for me is that I am left with a scratched window that was not present when I inspected it after the initial clean.

Despite the effort made and the technician's professionalism, I cannot consider the overall result a successful one

I tried these window cleaners !!! , well I wouldn't go any where else now , perfect job completed very clean windows ,

I’m almost never moved to go onto TrustPilot, but I was so impressed by BikeBubl. Not only did they quickly accommodate a last-minute schedule change on my part, they cleaned extremely challenging windows clad in awkward secondary glazing and did a tremendous job. The man who came was incredibly industrious and polite.

Karl cleaned our windows today and did a great job! Very thorough and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with the result. Thanks Karl!

Cassius was so friendly and a delight to have as a little bit of company. My windows are sparkling too! Lovely experience and great job!

Cassius was very polite, trustworthy and willing to do a first rate job on my windows. A pleasure to meet him and would thoroughly recommend Bike Bubl!

Have been using Bike Bubl for a few years now to clean my windows and decided to try their gutter vacuum cleaning service. I was a bit sceptical they could reach and clear them properly but was very impressed with how they cleared out all the moss and silt which had fallen from the roof tiles, dislodged by pigeons. Their staff are very professional and polite and it is much cleaner and tidier than traditional gutter cleaning as all the dirt get sucked into the machine. I will definitely use again,

Karl has just been to clean all our windows & did a great job. Thanks a mill 👍

Great service from Noel. Sparkling clean windows.

Great service from Cass, trustworthy, always friendly and happy👌

Very pleased with the cleaning of front and back windows and tricky velux. Friendly , polite and cheerful service 😊

Very efficient quote experience via WhatsApp and excellent friendly young window cleaner. Probably not the cheapest but a good level of service and I would use again.

Theo did a fantastic job. He was friendly and professional and took his time to ensure that all of my windows looked like new.
I couldn’t believe that he managed to remove all of the grime from hard to reach velux windows that haven’t been cleaned since installation 7 years ago….

Noel from Bike Bubl did an amazing job on my windows, front and back, and he was very considerate of the rather loud chihuahua trying to help him!

First time using Bike Bubl and I could not have been happier. All communication with customer service was brilliant. They responded promptly and were incredibly accommodating towards the rush we had to get our windows done.
Karl was fantastic! Arrived on time, was friendly, worked quickly and did a spectacular job! 100% recommend!

A one-off clean inside and out is expensive, but very glad I went ahead. Our windows were filthy after months of building works nextdoor and opposite. They are now so spotless you could eat off them! Five stars to Stefan who did an amazing job and was so lovely to deal with. Thank you 🙏

I like how Bike Bubl hires lovely youngsters who politely knock on the door and tell me that they're going to wash the windows now. Which is sweet in this day and age.

I really like this company and my windows are beautifully clean! Always pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Their window service takes all the stress and admin out of a really boring task for tenants (and I presume homeowners too). I don't ever have to think about the process, it's just done and I come back to sparkling windows. What's more, and why I would thoroughly recommend them, is having interacted - purely by chance - with many of their staff, they're so helpful and pleasant (shout out to Jack who was on my street this week).
