After I had the shock of having this bike stolen off my bike rack on the eve of my ferry departure to France, an early morning phone call to the guys and they located a replacement bike, hurriedly prepared and charged it and had it ready for our friends to collect and bring over to us in 🇫🇷 on their departure the following day.

Purchase and delivery went smoothly, and good pricing. However on arrival I had to setup the bikes gear indexing, the bikes TCU was not screwed into place correctly and the future shock head cover had not been fitted correctly.

First time I have ordered from The Bike Shed….gift card for a birthday, nice card arrived to the value requested and as promised on time. Loved having alternative gift card option, will definitely shop again

Bike shed is a great company. The bike arrived and on my first ride it developed a rear brake fault. Despite me having to dispose of the box due to the size bike shed offered me a solution. They directed me to the local specialized dealer and said they would cover the cost. This was a great solution for me as I couldn't easily get the bike back to them. I really appreciated all the contact throughout and would definitely recommend bike shed to anyone else.

Really helpful person helped me when I first rang up on a Monday afternoon, who directed me to the website, where I was able to find what I was looking for. It was despatched quickly and I had my shorts by the end of the week.
