I recently purchased my Volkswagen Tiguan from Bill Griffin Motors and overall had a very good experience.

Richie Stewart was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. There was a slight delay in delivery due to some technical work that needed to be completed on the car, but I appreciate that the team took the time to properly fix everything rather than rushing the handover. In the end, the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition.

On collection day, the car looked fantastic and all agreed items had been addressed. Richie kept communication open throughout the process and made sure I was looked after.

Buying a car is a big decision, and Richie made the whole experience stress-free and positive. I truly appreciate the customer service and support I received.

I have now had the car for 2 months and have had zero issues. I’m delighted and would highly recommend this place!

Very unprofessional sales rep. No value of someone’s time. I had been in touch for a viewing 1st thing in morning when they opened and had mentioned the arrival time since i was 2.5 hours far from the showroom. I reaching on the mentioned time, some other customer was there just 10 mins before me (as told by sales rep) so i was not given first chance to test drive even though i have been in touch all along my travel. Out of courtesy i could have been offered the first chance to test drive as i was only 10 mins behind and no one has gone yet out for test drive. Everyone was waiting including the person who arrived 10 mins before me. Such a shame. Then after waiting for 40 mins almost the car was sold to the 1st customer.
This gives a hint of how unprofessional these people are.

I rang around 10 am first not 9.30 and I left around 10.30 am and I rang again to tell them I am on my way and will be there at 1pm. As advised by Chris the sales staff ring when you are an hour away. I did ring mid way to check and car was still available. I reached at 1.10pm and there was someone ahead of me so since they were also just arrived and I have been in constant touch with Chris throughout my route, as a courtesy he could have offered us the first go. That's where u guys have shown unprofessionalism given the situation.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth and straightforward.
Liam explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made the purchase very easy. Communication was excellent throughout and I felt well looked after.

Went up the day after I saw a Volvo XC60 go online. There was a lot of interest in it but Richie assured me there was a slightly newer model at the same price point available.

Test drove it and fell in love with it immediately. Richie was amazing to deal with. He was tentative and the after sale treatment was great (I’ve bought cars before and been treated entirely different once the car left the garage).

Can’t recommend Bill Griffin motors enough and if you’re lucky you might get Richie as your salesman. Legend!
