Medication is pure water, people get no results, shambolic deliveries, says 6 months expiry date while kept in the fridge from the day of delivery, despite the fact that use by date is only 3 months - raised this with owner as well as sales team to be ignored. No fridge extends the life span of this type of medication. Been deleted of their „support group” that is not very supportive because I didn’t mind speak the truth that was hard to swallow. Admin team is just a cliquey team who is saying what they’ve been told to say and ignoring messages they know are right but can’t comment on. Will be cheaper if you injected tap water - would save you money with the same effect. Avoid!

We strongly dispute claims regarding product quality. Our products are prepared under controlled procedures and we do not supply “tap water” or inactive products. Individual experiences can vary, however product integrity and storage guidance are matters we take seriously.
Regarding expiry guidance, refrigeration recommendations and usage periods can differ depending on handling, storage conditions, and the specific product supplied. We are always happy to clarify this directly with customers where needed.
Our support groups are moderated to keep discussions respectful and constructive for all members. Removal from groups may occur where conversations become disruptive or breach group rules.
