Excellent service at all stages of the purchase. The website is clear, with plenty of information. After I placed my order I received a phone call to confirm that I had selected the correct item as they have found some customers have made errors in the past. This attention to detail and support on avoiding errors is really refreshing.

It was nice to deal with a company that was able to help me with the part that I needed for my boiler and get it to me ASAP even though they had to order it in, I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.
