For sizing, we provide detailed size charts and, for custom club clothing, we also work with fitting sets so riders can check their size before placing an order. Since club clothing is custom made for a specific team or club, these items unfortunately cannot be returned in the same way as standard collection products.

The fees for the delivery were not included. What a surprise to add 45 CHF when you order more than 200 CHF.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

We assume this concerns import fees. When we ship from Belgium to a country outside the EU, such as Switzerland, the UK or Norway, local authorities may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. Unfortunately, these charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Backstory and update for transparency…

Update 2026-05-19: The team of Bioracer have replied and handled this issue by both replying in writing and providing the shipping link. Apparently, the parcel had been shipped and arrived at a Pick-up point but I had not received any information about this.

Backstory and update for transparency for anyone considering buying from Bioracer.

2026-05-05: My order was confirmed by email, together with a delivery note and information that I would receive a tracking link shortly thereafter.

2026-05-08: By this point, I had expected to receive the tracking link, but nothing had arrived. I therefore contected Bioracer and asked for the tracking information.

2026-05-12: Bioracer replied by email, stating: "Seems like something went wrong by UPS processing your order. No updates were shown in the link. That's why I made sure a new shipment will be sent out today. You will receive a new shipping link tonight".

Note that I had not even received the first tracking link..

2026-05-14: I contacted Bioracer again, since no tracking link had been provided.

2026-05-18: I contacted Bioracer again, as I still had not received any tracking link.

At this point, my experience suggests serious issues with Bioracer's logistics and customer service. Despite several follow-ups, I have still not received the promised tracking information, and the matter does not appear to have been handled with the urgency one would expect from a professional company.

Everything above points to the fact that UPS (or whatever courier they use) have not even recieved the goods from Bioracer.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying from Bioracer. I personally will not purchase from them ever again.

As of now, I still do not know whether I will receive the goods I paid for. I will wait a little longer before considering further legal action, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing.

Custom order fully paid but just just…

Custom order fully paid but just just never delivered. I have contacted sales representatives several times by email without receiving any response. I have also attempted to reach the manager and have not heard back either.

At this point, the lack of communication and follow-up is becoming quite frustrating. THERE IS NO ANSWER AT THE EMAIL GIVEN BY MILAN IN HIS PREVIOUS ANSWER. Marketing.hq at bioracer.com just doesn’t exist.

Hacemos un pedido para un club con…

Hacemos un pedido para un club con trajes de triatlon, y aparte de tardar mucho más de lo esperado todos absolutamente vienen mal, asumen que es un error informático que nos mandan unos nuevos y como esos ya están serigrafiados nos los podemos quedar, pues bueno, ahora nos hacen devolverlos cuando ya los habíamos regalado

Stay away from these scammers

My order wasn't delivered, and there was no tracking number. Customer support replied only once, claiming the order had been delivered, which is a lie. They haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails. I want my money back.

Anything but negative…

Surprised by the various negative reviews - have ordered from Bioracer multiple times and always had a good customer experience - including replies and order updates etc. Any issues have been dealt with promptly too.

Een paar overschoenen waren iets te…

Een paar overschoenen waren iets te klein en voor retourneren 10€ aangerekend
Antwoorden ook heel laattijdig op e-mail
Ook lang wachten op levering
Dus slechte service!!

Een reactie gekregen dat er geen retour kosten aangerekend worden binnen de eu , maar er komt geen rechtzetting
Reeds weken geleden alle info verzonden

Eindelijk na 15 e-mails en twee maand verder bericht ontvangen dat de retour kosten zullen terugbetaald worden
Bedankt voor de rechtzetting maar dit kon vermeden worden

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered a beanie and paid immediately. No tracking number has been provided, delivery is taking a very long time, and the company does not respond to emails. No product has been delivered.

Great products terrible customer service

Great products I've purchased and would buy again. But, when there is a problem, good luck. Their customer service needs to be reworked to actually help the customers who spend thousands on their products instead of deflecting the problem back to the customer. For example: I e-mailed bioracer if they can help me with their shipper (UPS) to change delivery to hold at a UPS location so it doesn't ship back to Bioracer, they basically said "not our problem" when they are able to make changes as the shipper. The buyer does not have those rights.

Bestelling

Ik heb mijn clubkleding hier moeten bestellen, waarvan de levering erg lang duurt, en als je contact opneemt krijg je een niet al te vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw aan de telefoon.

Non existent customer service

Ordered some jerseys and bibs and never heard from the company again. No tracking code shared with me, 6 weeks later and have not received the merch and the customer service team would not reply to any of my emails (not even an acknowledgement)

Cannot comment on quality of the gear as I never received it

Questionable sizing

Sizing is questionable at best. I ordered club kit and it would fit a child better than it fits me. I followed the sizing instructions to the letter.

Comfortable and durable cycling gear

I have been using a range of items (summer and winter cycling gear) from Bioracer over the past year and am delighted by their comfort and durability.
The pricing is very fair compared to other brands offering comparable quality products.
