Gave the buyers the impression that I had pulled out of the sale of my property when I hadn't. By the time I found out, it was too late, and the sale fell through. I wouldn't recommend them. There was also information given to them that wasn't added to my file, which caused serious issues when it came to exchange. All under the guise of protecting me which was incorrect. As an update (21st May), I have provided my information through Trustpilot to confirm I am a customer. I received a call, called back, and left a message, but have not heard back.

Amazing service from Jade. Thankyou so so much! She delt with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new property. She was with us every step of the way and always got back to us whenever we had any questions or queries. Our new property was a repossession so this made things even more complicated; she was knowledgeable and kept us on track despite many complications along the way. Just completed a purchase for my first house with Maryam and Nick. The whole process was simple, easy and smooth. Everything was completed within 2 months and received keys. Very straight forward and extremely professional. Great to work with and definitely recommend. Professional and experienced team.

We were buying our home (chain free) from our landlord.
the mortgage was in place in October 25 it took 6 months waiting on them before we could complete.
They had been recommended by the halifax as one of the 3 they use we have since recommended to halifax to not recommend this company any more.
communication from them was dire.
information you give them is ignored i lost count on the number of times we had to tell them we are not in a chain.
for them to do anything takes them a month of sundays.
Not a company i could or would recommend.
