Did not receive part of my order and I’ve emailed the company 4 times and tried calling 4 times! Phone just hangs up! Customer service note says they respond within 24 hours. Great I’m out the money and the cups which I want!

It wasn’t great…
1.) my package said it was shipped, but took a week between label creation and being picked up by UPS. I contacted customer support to see if it hadn’t been sent out yet, or if UPS did pick it up, but hadn’t scanned it. No response. It was still within the estimated timeframe for delivery, but support could have simply replied that it had been picked up by UPS, or not.
2.) I ordered two balloon bouquets, it was 20 balloons. The ribbon that was sent with them was unraveled and tangled up in a huge wadded mess.

I’m not thrilled, and think I will just stick with one of the other wholesale party supply sites in the future.

I place my order on 10/02/2022 and never received it I have emailed and try to call to resolve this issue and never got a response nor was I refunded my money. I am very disappointed 😞

Great product, fast shipping!

I was very hesitant ordering from a company I’d never heard of, and prices so incredibly low!!! After reading reviews, I placed my order. My order was delivered on time, good packaging, these cute baby shower plates were out of stock several websites I’d checked! Very happy; will order from your company again!

Half my order didn't arrive and no one responded to my email regarding the matter. There is no customer service # to call. This is not how this company used to operate. I will not be using their site again for party supplies. The prices are unmatched but the headache and uncertainty of products arriving on time is not worth the good deal.

I ordered 3 packages of napkins are they were not included in the shipment

I ordered 3 super mario gift wrap paper and only 1 roll came. I sent an email the day it got delivered and never heard anything back.

I ordered hunting birthday supplies on 10/2/22. Said it was out for delivery on 10/6/22. I still haven't got my delivery and my daughter's birthday party is tomorrow. Thanks for the disappoint. Will not order from you again! 😡

Great products, prices and quick delivery!

I received my order fairly quick! BUT did not receive what I actually ordered. I tried reaching out to the company via email with no response. I ordered sonic plates and received sonic cups.

This might sound like a bot review, but it isn't! My order arrived much sooner than expected and I feel that the price was very good for the amount and quality of the product.
