They didn’t send me the pinata, seems like is not way to contact them. The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.

My biggest problem was keeping myself from buying all of them!

The package had ants all over inside of what I ordered and the package box. It was in bad condition.

Everything with my order was perfect until I received my order and my goodies bags were missing. I have been reaching out to the email it’s provided in their website and no one has gotten back to me. It has been about a week and nothing. I have tried calling multiple phone numbers and they all fail. Very frustrating as I just want the bags.

Very slow process, had to order the same cups twice😡 Due to the late delivery I had to purchase the cups from a different store. Very disappointing 😞🤦🏾‍♀️😡

I texted right after I ordered my items to say that I only wanted 3 of the packages of cello bags (the order said 30). This should have given you enough time to change the order, but it arrived with all 30. I will be sending 27 of them back and request a refund for those. Otherwise, things were fine.

Omg shipping was so fast and unbelievable! And what are order were so pretty and the material felt great! I can’t wait to set up the party this weekend and I will always be using this business for my child’s party!!

I really like this website where things are not super cheap but affordable and the fact I can get a lot of things same theme. But I dislike the fact there is no customer service! I order a piñata and it come broken already I called the phone doesn’t even ring sent 2 emails according to the website I was going to get an answer with in 24 hrs nothing! I sent a message through IG and no luck!

I received my order in a very timely manner. However, I did not receive my entire order. I have emailed the company 2 times with no response of items being sent or refunding me the difference.

Got the box and when I opened it I had products literally thrown in. Not in a bag not clipped together literally thrown in so they could get bent. Next I received something I didn't order and what I did order wasn't there. I reached out to customer service twice and nothing. They don't want to help.
