I ordered tiki cups and a sign
I ordered tiki cups and a sign. The sign and one of the 12 packs of cups arrived. Thankfully I called to see where the other 3 packs of cups were to arrive as after several days of calls and e-mails I was told the cups were not in stock and the amount paid would be refunded. I jad to place a rush order for the remainder which cost a lot more and I had to pay for shipping. Customer Service was very friendly, but completely ineffective and I will never order from here again.

Unreliable and unprofessional.
My order was missing several items. Customer service to follow up was rude and unhelpful, they ruined my kid's party. Would never use again.
