Ordered a king size Romantica mattress, around £30 cheaper than other outlets , very pleasant on the phone when ordering.
Mattress turned up one day earlier than expected.
No problems would use Bedford Beds again.

Bishop’s Beds has gone beyond my expectations. I have bought two double, pull out slatted bed frames and a special single for shepherd huts. They were very quick to respond and the beds are very well made and exactly what we wanted. One of the doubles got lost in the post but they sent off another that same day. The staff have been most helpful and right ‘on the ball’.

I had an old wooden bed which needed a new base. This is PERFECT. I put it together myself, so easy. It looks good, it is very comfortable and didn’t break the bank. Delivery was swift.
Can’t fault the product or the set.

I can honestly say that this company has given us THE best customer service we've experienced. Ever. Delivery was prompt, and we were informed of every step of the process - from acknowledgement of our order, to date of delivery, to the driver phoning us to let us know what time he'd be arriving. He even took a photo of the slight rip on the packaging, so, should the product have been damaged, he could verify the rip was present at delivery. Thankfully, the product was fine and is of top quality.
At last, a company that seems to really value customer service. Thank you.

Really lovely mattress.....would recommend, just need to order deeper sheets before arrival, 15" depth needed. Delivery men were lovely.

Very good service with the order, although the mattress is very comfortable it says has cooling memory foam but so far haven't noticed this is the case, seems the same as mattress that I have.
