Bought replacement slats for our sons’s bed as the originals had all been broken - specified the size of the slats so they were cut to order - they fit perfectly and much better quality than the originals. Very quick and efficient service and delivered on time. Would highly recommend.

I needed a Bed Slat quickly again on a newer bed Settee I had purchased a couple of years ago.. Again, I turned to 'Bishops Beds' Ltd.

From the old packaging from my last order of '2010'. I found their address and original receipt/costs etc..

Believe it or not! The Bed Slat price was less and Postage costs were actually the same as all that time ago!!.

The replacement slats were boxed really carefully. Delivery a day after receipt of the goods order and great courier tracking time of delivery. Added to that the emails listing all relevant info.

Well done to Bishops Beds for the great, quick service.

I would have awarded 5 Stars, if I hadn't struggled a bit working out how to order the 'Package of One of + 2 Slats'.

Received fast but they weren’t cut to the measurement we added on the checkout screen. They had been cut but was still too long so had to cut ourselves. Seems little point offering it as an option if it’s not cut to the size you specify.

Fabulous service and products. My slats were cut perfectly to size and much better quality than the original ones supplied with the bed.

Our single beds arrived very quickly, but more than one of the delivery boxes was dented or broken. Luckily this affected only one of the contents - a damaged bedhead. I contacted Donna who was very helpful and sorted out the matter so that we received a replacement bedhead a few days later.

Very efficent service and great to be able to buy parts these days.
